Looking at those screens... Anyone else want to see a Star Tropics revival by these guys? Yes, please! Hmm... Any plans for a Japanese release? Yeah, there should be, it will probably be a few months after the western release depending on how much stuff has to be translated. MP3 and BWii both came out months (as in 2008, not 2007) in Japan.

Hm? I can understand MP3 but why Punch-Out?

Names, dialogue, voice acting and pop culture jokes?

I don't want to let the hype train leave the station yet, but on GameTrailers TV this week (April 9th) will have an exclusive new Punch Out trailer and game related announcement by Reggie.
Considering that there is no online and MotionPlus support, I have a bad feeling it's just going to be (official) confirmation of Balance Board support with footage or either that, the first multiplayer footage.
My advice is to not keep your hopes up.

I'd like to see the first multiplayer footage, actually. That'll be interesting.

The announcement's going to be like, "It works with the Balance Board." Or something else we already know or could have guessed.
I really hope it's something better but I hate Reggie and I don't expect anything good from him.

That probably will be the announcement but I still anticipate this announcement with much...er...anticipation. There is always a chance.

According to Kotaku, GT TV has a screwed up time scheudle, where it says its at "Thursday nights at 12:30 AM" is actually Friday 12:30 AM.

Eh, what the hell. I've got no school tomorrow. I think I'll watch this.

Trailer is up, not exactly a brand new one though. Just the 2nd official trailer with footage of the multiplayer component at the end. Also Giga Mac, I think I know what he's fueled by . . .But the multiplayer being like this was mentioned way back in a press release, so its not too much of a surprise. Some more from Reggie's interview. - Giga Mac announced for Punch-Out. This is a character that is available in 2-player Vs. mode. It seems like a power-up that builds as you trade blows. Once activated, Mac becomes a larger, more brutish version of himself. - at E3, we may find out a release date for The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks - When Geoff brings up the idea of a Mario WiiWare title, Reggie seems to think that a project like that might not be the best idea - Reggie admires Microsoft’s online features - Reggie says it’s hard for him to say something nice about PS3 - Reggie says that all of GameTrailers fans will love E3
