Figured I'd get this going again, and these are quite fun to come up with. Here I go:
Rosalina Uses her wand to rain down Star Bits, to throw at people to send them skyward for KOs.
Bowser Jr. Simply throws Koopa Shells.
Toadsworth Just like Dr. Wright, but uses a tall mushroom instead of skyscrapers.
Orbulon Causes the screen to go black as many moving lights appear everywhere. Be sure to follow these and not lose track of where you are.
Slippy Toad Sets up a Burst Pod from Assault and it launches several grenades into the air and back down onto the ground.
Leon Powalski Just like Gray Fox. Fits his assassin fursona...I mean persona.
Pigma Dengar Goes and steals all items around. Attack him to make him drop what he took.
Prince Peasley He will fly around on his winged cushion thing and swiftly pierce through opponents with his rapier, resulting in one-hit KOs.
That's all of it for now. Carry on.

I like your ideas. I think TAC from teh Kirby series would be better than Pigma though.

Why pigma though? Am I missing something? And Tac had multiple items in Kirby Air ride.
Duster will put wall staples everywhere.

Why would there need to be two assist trophies that do the exact same thing? Seems pointless. Rest of the ideas are good though.

Well then I dislike the idea even more, as you are removing two characters from underrepresented games for two characters from games that have a lot (too much?) representation.

Some good ideas BD but I think you have too many from the Starfox games (or your compensating for not all of them getting in the next game).
My ideas.
Ouendan/EBA The very defination of assist. They dance and empower you, so that your attacks are stronger.
Duck Hunt Ducks Sprite based assist like Excitebikes or Lakitu. One flys off the stage and then returns with a whole flock (sort of like Beedrill does in the original SSB). Duck Hunt dog then appears and laughs.
One of the transforming robots from that Chassiou Mech (Japan only) game It runs around the stage attack people and it will sometimes transform into it's alternative form and attack people.
Pegasus Knight Walks and flys around the stage attacking people with a lance and throwing lances as well. Quite a large character.
Peppy Hare He appears and blabs on giving you useless advice. Sort of like Resetti but does not stay for as long.
Mii Appears and then tries to run away, can be stopped and thrown at people but does not do that much damage.

Heh, Duck Hunt is the best one! ;D
Now then...
Space Pirate Viciously attacks with his weapons (check out his trophy! Pretty cool...)
Shadow Beast From Zelda Twilight Princess. It will grab an opponent and squeeze him/her to attack. Once it's got you in its grasp, there's no escape. There's even a chance of it striking fear* into an opponent after the attack
*A new status ailment where the character shivers in fear looking around all frightened; this makes them move slower and their attacks pack less punch than usual.

Name: Monster Debut: 3D Hot Rally Description: A big ol' monster truck that merrily runs over anyone standing in the way. It's like Beast Ganon except you don't turn into it.
Name: ST Falcon Debut: Battleclash Description: First it appears on the stage looking like it does in the official artwork. It's very large, so you can't miss it. Then it teleports away and the screen shifts to Battleclash's first person viewpoint, complete with the HUD around the screen and the cursor aiming at the other players. It's kinda like Snake's FS, except you don't control it and you're still on the stage while it happens.
Name: Dr. Lobe Debut: Big Brain Academy Description: This one's kinda similar to Mr. Resetti. Lobe appears and produces a window conaining one of the tests from BBA, and it covers up half the screen. Not only does this annoy the competition, you can cause status effects on the other players by solving the problem correctly (usually involving moving the control stick and buttons like the DS stylus).
Name: Doshin the Love Giant Debut: Doshin the Giant 1 Description: He's big and yellow and his mission is to spread the love. He walks around helping you by dropping items or stomping your foes. The more he helps you, the bigger he grows. However, there's an off chance that he may come out as Jashin the Hate Giant and attack you instead!
Name: Galactic Puck Debut: Galactic Pinball Description: It's round and red and it bounces around the stage like a mobile Bumper item, knocking everyone around.
Name: Sky Skipper Debut: Sky Skipper Description: He flies around in his plane, dropping Pepperpot Bombs on everyone. The bombs stun the players like Deku Nut items. You can also stand on the wing of the plane like a platform and get a lift.

Since Assist Trophies are trophies Sakurai deemed "characters who couldn't be playable", are you all so quick to throw away your favorites? Boo Destroyer, why would you replace Gray Fox with Leon? Have you ever played Metal Gear? Even if you didn't, you think a chameleon from a series that went down a very very steep slope (and due to a translation error he will be stuck with a whiny voice) can replace remains in an exoskeleton being drugged to stay alive who in his Nintendo remake did THIS?: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hsql0V407vYIt's ridiculous to rule out the one Metal Gear assist we have, if the series was in the next game (which could easily be true). Star Fox should have an AT who is a very important character but not one who would be playable. So Andross, Peppy, and Slippy would come first.

That is, IF MGS returns in Smash again. If so, we'd probably see another MGS assistant.
Maybe keep Gray Fox, but make Leon more different from him just a bit. Not as fast, and not jumping as high.

We don't need Leon. If we get him he'll be the third or fourth AT for the series, and why do we need more ATs for Star Fox? I doubt they'll make four for each series.
Heck, we just need Fox, Falco, Krystal, Wolf, AT Andross and maybe AT Slippy or Peppy and we have all the characters. The rest show up in secret taunts, which not every series gets.
