I didn't forget Nintendogs - I just assumed everybody would realise that just because guys can also play Wild World, this version was heavily marketed towards girls.
Just like girls can play Mario or Zelda.... you know?

@ BDi: Seriously. Think before you post. Actually, try thinking in general.

The main gameplay of Girls Mode is a managing sim themed around a clothing store. No idea why it went and topped the Media Create charts. Well, Nintendo is the publisher, so I guess marketing.

Well, the DS market is pretty saturated with titles aimed at girls right now, but they aren't Nintendo's games. I have a hard time finding something I want while sifting through the DS section these days, as it's pretty much become the Imagine series section.
And is it just me, or is the Imagine series trying to train girls to be better housewives? I'm just waiting for Imagine Cleaning, Imagine Oral Sex and Imagine Get Me A Beer.

To be fair, Imagine Oral Sex would work better on the Wii.
It's all in the hands!

Imagine series? Odd, never heard of it before. *crawling through Wikipedia and MobyGames* Aha, now I know. It's that series of games known as "Sophies Freunde" (Sophie's Friends) in Germany. ;D It obviously has various titles in the different regions in Europe. The DS market is full of those casual and non-gamer games (if they are "games"). But it's true, only very few of them are from Nintendo. Many are published by Ubisoft (where are the Rayman platformers ?). To be fair, Imagine Oral Sex would work better on the Wii. It's all in the hands! I understand what do with the Wiimote, but what would be the use of the Nunchuk?

For the record... I LOVE PYORO!
I am looking forward to giving him his own franchise page.

I noticed that not only the game is called "Tori to Mame" (Bird and Beans) rather than Pyoro, but also the official site seems to call Pyoro just a "bird". Maybe there are issues with, you know, Kyoro-chan? Why else should they not reuse an established character name?

On the touch screen on the screenshots posted on the other topic about DSi games, there's an arrow pointing to him that says Pyoro.

Unremarkable? What? ........................................And where are all the other characters anyway? But if this is just DSiWare, then it's quite fair if there are a few. And if female gamers weren't even that much of a rarity to begin with, they why is diarrhea like the Imagine series coming about anyway? Fuck you people whine a lot. Says the one who made a post just to bitch about it. Yet again.
