Did you play this all the way through, Nester? I'm curious as to what you thought of it.

I finished the main game, but I never went back to find all the treasure chests and complete the bonus levels. I've been meaning to, tho. I'm just kinda waiting until I'm in the mood to do so. Bit I liked it. It was really cute. There were some good puzzles. I thought some of the blob's transformations were really fun. The boss fights were pretty cool, even if they were a little out of place from a gameplay standpoint. However, I think WayForward was playing it a little too safe. A few set pieces (besides the boss fights) and a little bit more voice acting would've been nice. I didn't think the ending quite had the emotional impact it should've, especially if they were trying to make it feel like an animated movie from the 80's. Overall, it still charmed my socks off.

It was previously confirmed that WayForward is not working on the 3DS Contra. Now, Eurogamer confirms that WayForward is not working on the 3DS A Boy and His Blob, either. In fact, WayFoward claims that the whole announcement was a mistake, implying that no such game is in production at all. Hmm...

I'am fine with Wayforward's remake really and A boy and his Blob game doesn't need anymore remakes IMO and 3DS has enough remakes/ports as it is.
