Is it Equinox? (may as well run the well dry ) It's not Equinox, but again, good guess. Maybe I should have a time limit on these things. It took three days for someone to come up with Skuljagger. It's been about two days since I posted this one. How much more time would you guys like?

Man, you've got me stumped here, Nester. And I've been looking at isometric games. XD
Anyway, I think three days would be fine. Maybe offer up a second clue on that day, give it one more, then wrap it up and move to the next. That's what I'd do.

No, and that completes that trilogy.

All right, nobody's guessed it yet, so here's the second clue. If you've heard of this game at all, then I would consider this a giveaway.
Clue 2: At the end of the game, you face a dragon, and you have to use spells in a certain order to survive.
You have one more day to guess.
EDIT: I made a mistake with my description in the clue that may have been slightly misleading. The spells you need are provided near the end of the game, not collected throughout. I've changed the wording to be more accurate.

I'm going out on a limb here . . . Is it . . . Dragon Quest/Warrior 1?

Not Dragon Warrior/Quest. When I said the clue was a giveaway, I was thinking that if you were familiar with the game, I think the part I described is one of the more well-known parts. Otherwise, it's still not that obvious. ...And I thought I picked an easier one.

8bit is correct! Answer: Kabuki Quantum Fighter from HAL America for the NES. ScoreboardWildcat - 1 8bitretroshit - 1 That one was too easy, so now I have to throw you a curve ball. Clue: This Game Boy game really wasn't a game at all, but rather more like utility software, such as a calendar, calculator, and database, among other things. It even came with its own stand and miniature keyboard that plugged into the link cable slot.
Guess the game!
