Same music, but not the same graphics, but I don't think it counts as a direct cameo.

These are all unverified cameos from Paper Mario. I never tested them, but have been led to believe they are in the game from other websites.
Specific Reference (Yoshi's Cookie): The "Big Cookie" that can be made by Tayce T. has a picture of two cookies from the puzzle game Yoshi's Cookie.
Specific Reference (Luigi's Mansion): There's a Luigi's Mansion (Gamecube) reference in Paper Mario in Luigi's Journal. This was before Luigi's Mansion came out.
Character Cameo: 8-bit Mario makes a small cameo.
Mario Party 3 unverified...
Music: When you use the Cellular Shopper or Bowser Phone, it plays the first bit from the original Mario Bros. theme.

I can vouch for all those as I have played Paper Mario and Mario Party 3 inside and out. Unfortunately I don't have a method of gathering screens or sound rips at the moment.

For Goldeneye are you going to count the character Dr Doak being Rare Staffmember David Doak as a cameo?

If we count the Klobb and the Klo1717, we pretty much have to.

For Goldeneye are you going to count the character Dr Doak being Rare Staffmember David Doak as a cameo? All of the face maps in the game aside from specific Bond characters are Rare/Nintendo staff members and other people who just happened to be near Rare's HQ at the time. I believe they said their gardener is in there. But seeing as that one character is specifically named, he can be added as a "cameo" of sorts. Hey, in the very least it's a little interesting, right? Is there anything else in Goldeneye that could be treated as a cameo? Might as well go all-out on it

But most of those weren't Nintendo cameos. Most were references to other JB movies/characters. Also found video footage of the guard that looks like Miyamoto. (0:07) Him and the other guards are all the same coloured overalls that Fire Mario wears. (found in opening cut-scene to Pelagic II level)

Here's an obvious Paper Mario cameo that may not count: The Star Rod is from the Kirby series, Kirby's Adventure, in particular.

Here is another one from Paper Mario. Although interseries, it is quite interesting and should be noted IMO. The train you take to Dry Dry Desert is from Mario Kart 64. The K64 is based off of the train from Kalimari Desert, and the music from that track plays during the train ride. If I'm not mistaken this is the first time something from Mario Kart influenced a non-Kart Mario game.

I'm going to hunt down a video for this one, but I swear the wolf sfx that kicks off Forever Forest in Paper Mario is recycled from Ocarina of Time
EDIT: At 5:16:

It does sound like it's the same one from OoT, even with the same bird noises at the end. But I wouldn't call that a cameo. That sound effect was probably bought from a stock archive outside of Nintendo (since I doubt Nintendo went out to record a wolf howling for themselves), and has probably been used by other companies in other games or movies at some point, too.

There are a lot of sound effects from Ocarina of TIme in Paper Mario.
Listen at about 2:52. That's the sound that plays when you float out of a well in OoT.

That one's less convincing... I haven't played it for a while, but I remember the OoT version being a lot higher-pitched and having a few different sounds going at once. And I don't remember it going down a note at the end like that one does.

So, everyone already knows about Talon and Ingo being based on Mario and Luigi, but did anyone else notice that Malon is similar to Peach (notably the same hair style)?
