This week I will be putting up the Game Boy and Nintendo 64 cameos, so the next step is the Game Boy Advance.
We're getting into the territory of games released after I stopped updating the site, so there's likely to be quite a few missing. Remember, throw 'em all at me! ;D
Game Boy Advance Cameos
Advance Wars / Advance Wars 2
1. One of the maps features the word "Nintendo" written in Japanese Kanji.
DK: King of Swing
1. Bubbles from Clu Clu Land can be unlocked as a playable character in the minigames.
Drill Dozer
1. Jill has a range of costumes that are based on other Nintendo properties, including Mario dungarees, female trainer from Pokemon FireRed/LeafGreen, Frog Suit (SMB3) and costumes from Game Freak's Pulseman (Mega Drive / Genesis) and Click+Medic (Playstation).
F-Zero: GP Legend / F-Zero Climax
Mr. EAD and James McCloud cameos (originally from F-Zero X).
Hamtaro: Ham-Ham Heartbreak
1. The shopkeeper hamster says "But Somethin' Will Ya!", which was also said by the shopkeepers in The Legend of Zelda.
2. A whole sequence at the end of the game where you must pull the Legendary Spoon is a spoof of the pulling of the Master Sword in The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.
Kururin Paradise
1. The first bonus game resembles Balloon Fight.
2. Gamecubes appear in the background of some stages.
The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap
1. Dr. Left appears (again), based on Dr. Wright from Sim City.
2. Talon and Gorman appear, based on Mario and Luigi respectively.
3. Bob-ombs appear in some dungeons.
4. Lakitu appears as an enemy, shooting lightning bolts.
Legendary Starfy
Luigi's Hat is one of the items you can collect.
Legendary Starfy 3
In Chapter 8, you have to help Wario get through the temple (similar to Wario Land 4). You also receive Wario-themed treasures, including a copy of "Made in Wario" and the pile of treasure that appeared on the cover of Wario World.
Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga
1. The Sledge Bros. Jumping game has an image of a flagpole and castle from Super Mario Bros. in the background.
2. In Mushroomtop Village's bar-tilting game, the instructions are read out by a little model of Geno from Super Mario RPG.
3. In the Yoshi Theatre you can find posters of other Nintendo games, including "Kirby Story", "Wario" (with artwork from WarioWare), "M&L" (Artwork from Japanese Mario & Luigi boxart) and "Legend of Stafy" from Legendary Starfy.
4. The Fighter Fly enemy is originally from Mario Bros.
5. Viruses from Dr. Mario appear as enemies in Yoohooniversity.
6. The enemy Sniper Bill is carrying a Super Scope.
7. Hermie III is actually based on another enemy from Alphadream's Tomato Adventure.

WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgames
1. The first set of Wario's microgames include many games that appeared in the Mario Artist series.
2. 9-Volt's Nintendo themed games include Balloon Fight, Chiritorie, Donkey Kong, Dr. Mario, Duck Hunt, Family BASIC, F-Zero, Game Boy, Helmet, Hogan's Alley, Ice Climber, LazerBlazer (Super Scope 6), Laser Outlaw, The Legend of Zelda, Mario Clash, Fly Swatter (Mario Paint), Metroid, Racing 112, Sheriff, Stack-Up, Super Mario Bros., Ultra Hand, Urban Champion, Wild Gunman. The boss stage is the Ultra Machine.
3. In Wario's "Grow Wario Grow" microgame, graphics are used from Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Land and Wario Land.

11. In Mona's "I Came, I Saw" microgame, saw open the log (hardest level) and inside you will find the exercising acrobat from Mario Paint.
12. You can unlock a full (single player) version of NES Dr. Mario called "Dr. Wario" (with Wario in Mario's place).
13. You can unlock the full Fly Swatter minigame from Mario Paint.
14. You can unlock a multiplayer game called VS. Chiritorie, featuring Nintendo's remote controlled vacuum cleaner.
15. You can unlock a full edited version of the classic arcade game Sheriff (called Wario's Sheriff).
16. During the "rest scene" of Wario's first set of microgames after you beat the boss the third time, Nintendo president Satoru Iwata appears on the TV and says "Thanks for playing".
17. During the staff credits, you can change the stars in the background into Triforces and Gamecube logos.
WarioWare: Twisted!
1. 9-Volt's Nintendo microgames are: Tennis, Metroid - Morph Ball, Super Mario Bros. 3 - Lift, Wrecking Crew, Pinball, Golf, Mario Bros., Excitebike, Clu Clu Land, Donkey Kong Jr., Baseball, Ice Climber, Balloon Fight, Mach Rider, Kid Icarus, Duck Hunt, The Legend of Zelda, Donkey Kong 3, NES Open Tournament Golf, Ice Hockey, Metroid - Samus, Super Mario Bros. 3.
