Am I the only one who finds this guy's design unnecessarily garish? Granted, every main villain's design has progressed in complexity with each generation, but even Cyrus' outfit was relatively conservative. Okay, yeah, it's still possible that this fella isn't the Giovanni/Archie/Cyrus/etc of the game, but I'd be surprised if it wasn't.

He looks like that guy who wanted to capture Moltres, Zapdos, Articuno and Lugia in Pokemon 2000.

Am I the only one who finds this guy's design unnecessarily garish? He's based on a bunch of Western culture things. Burn on us, I guess.

This is the list of HMs: Cut, Fly, Surf, Strength, Defog and Dive (yay for Dive!) Iris will be the eighth Gym Leader only in Pokémon Black. In Pokémon White, this role is taken by an aged man with a beard. The badge in the first Gym is called the "Tri Badge", and the one in the second Gym is the "Basic Badge". The name of the third Gym Leader is "Arti". There's apparently a new box on the PC intended for setting up battling teams.

Your on the money, Fry. I know because other people have already translated them. Otamaro evolution. IT'S ADORABLE Baby Swana. Looks like a play on the Ugly Duckling. Megakurko evolution. Looks pretty cool. Yanappu evolution. Seems to take inspiration from Elvis, as Hiyapuu's did from bob Marley. Monmen evolution. It's a cotten plant! I'm going to run a Southern team with this thing on it. Evolves with Sun Stone

Loving the nazca bird... It's like this country's Xatu! List of the badges (only the Tri Badge obtained) Some animation showing that N is associated with Team Plasma Remember the Meister? There's another "stranger German" character in the game And here's footage from earlier parts of the game, shown in the Pokémon Sunday special of today: (American band Starship's "We Built This City" can be heard in the background, lol) Curious stuff: - Apparently Mega Drain has a base power of 75 now. Huh? That's higher than the current Giga Drain. - A place called Dream Island is located within the Dream World. Several Pokémon appear in their respective habitat, and this is playable even if you do not own the game

Bet it feels nice to have a Pokemon based off of something near you, huh? Doredia, the evolution of Churine. Chances are this is a Sunstone evo too. Also, Rafflesia flower! Gantoru, inbetween Dangoro and Gigaiasu. Panipucchi, the Ice Cream Pokemon. It's adorable too. Hatoopoo, Mamepoto's evolution. Marakachi, the cactus Pokemon. Has water absorb ability.

Welp I guess those starter evolutions are the real deal. Totally picking the snake now. When rumours spread of water chimp evolving into some 'very social rasta haired' ape I was totally expecting something like Mario Galaxy 2's The Chimp sans badass glasses. Instead it's this frilly thing, boooo. There's something verrrrry familiar about judo man's face, but I can't wrap my head around it... Veiny 2x4 dude looks neat, so does the rolled up shell and garbage bag. I also like how the sand gator evolution's so cocksure of himself. SOMEhow that cactus reminds me of Kingdom Hearts' heartless, I love it. That tribal bird thing really does look they just stuck some sticks into a ball and called it a day

It's actually a pretty faithful recreation of Nazca Line birds. They are weird looking. Dotetsukoto, Dokkora's evolution. Holy shit that is awesome! Pururiru. Guessing this is a gender specific form. Akeku, the Archeopteryx fossil Pokemon. Tesshido, the Durian (?) Pokemon. Kurumayu, the middle evolution for Kurumiru. Yanakki, Yanappu's evolution. Pendora, the fianl evolution of Futsude. Purotoga, the Archelon fossil Pokemon. We aren't sure what Shibisharasu is.

I bet Dotetsukoto and Dokkorar are going to have species-specific items. So it seems the serpent's "arms" haven't disappeared upon evolution. They're just wrapping the torso (typical Slowking pose). That's way better than totally limbless [ picture of it just evolved] Is that a shiny form when battling the ice cream? Because it's here too. The turtle resembles a little this alpha turtle Pokémon that was intended for Gold and Silver way back in the nineties.

SOMEhow that cactus reminds me of Kingdom Hearts' heartless, I love it. I bet it's because of the beady eyes and the W mouth, both very typical of the Heartless. We aren't sure what Shibisharasu is. SPERMON GO

The beta turtle thing has been pointed out. Damn interesting, isn't it? And TEi, there is an actual sperm Pokemon in this generation. Seriously. Chobomaki, the knight Geoduck thingy. Rigure, the alien Pokemon. Cool!
