That video with Super-Skrull's hyper combo has a new stage! It's got some classic Resident Evil zombies in it, maybe we're gonna get Jill as a secret character...

That stage actually popped up a little while back, alongside an Avengers stage outside of New York. Best part of it is that it is full of Lickers, and they can break loose from their cages and wander all over the place. ;D

Two things -
One, there is a new silhouette buried in there. It's believed to be She-Hulk or Rogue, from what I've read, and I'm inclined to go along with those guesses. Secondly, the helicopter pilot is wearing pretty much the same outfit as Frank West, so he may have sneaked into that trailer! I'll post up screens later.

yay, tron <3 In other news, I've decided I really want Howard the Duck in this game. Why? Because Marvel needs a goddamn joke character. Capcom had three joke characters in MvC2 and Marvel had none; now it's time to switch things up. Marvel should at least contribute.  |

Deadpool's pretty jokey. Espicially after he was ass-blasted by Morrigan's arrows. But on the actual joke sterotype character (super weak and almost useless) I'd think Spider-Ham would be pretty funny. |

By "joke character" I meant like Servbot, Dan Hibiki and Roll from MvC2 - the typical "too weak to be used seriously unless you're Super Hardcore Awesome at the game." Like I said a few pages ago, Deadpool is more "hilarious" than "jokey." But yes, Spider-Ham would be pretty awesome, too. |

(still hoping Protoman, Arthur, Capt. Commando, Strider, Katt or Cammy makes it in)

Since Spider-Ham came up, you know who else would be friggin' awesome?
Tokusatsu Spider-Man! It would be worth it just to see Marveller/Leopardon as his Super. Heck, his Spider-String and Spider-Net can probably make different moves to the regular Spidey, right? ;D

Capcom unveiled Marvel's first female participant: X-23! It comes as kind of a shocker, but I'm actually kind of thrilled. I've always liked the way she looks, and I bet she'll play like a weaker, but far more agile Wolverine.

If you watch the TGS video, you'll catch a glimpse of some alternate colors, including Gray Hulk, Deadpool in his X-Men attire (which he only wore for a few pages in Cable & Deadpool if I remember right), and Chun-Li in red.

Four major problems with that list. One, Mr. Fantastic has been repeatedly confirmed to not be in the game - Super-Skrull covers the Fantastic 4 quite well. Two, Hsien-Ko will not be in, as Niitsuma confirmed that Morrigan and Felicia will be the only Darkstalkers reps due to their extensive animation. Three, Emma Frost is not in, either, according to Niitsuma. Four, where's Dormammu on that list? Seth Killian also mentioned that Storm was in, although we haven't seen her pop up anywhere yet, so that may just be his way of casting some doubt. Anyway, according to Capcom's European twitter, we'll be seeing some more debuts tomorrow. At the end of the new trailer, there were more silhouettes, two of them being Tron and X-23. The other two, however, are up for grabs. I'd guess the figure on the right is Wesker, but the one on the left I'm unsure on. |
