Heh. Nice jab at EA's micro-transaction-abusing mobile version of Dungeon Keeper. If you can get the original for free, there's no reason to bother with the "free-to-play" version.

Magrunner: Dark Pulse is free for 24 hours on GOG. I guess it's a first-person puzzle-action game. Not really my thing, but I accidentally got it anyway.

GOG.com has just re-launched its site with a new look, and they're adding DRM-free movies to their store, beginning with a bunch of game-related documentaries (two of which are free). Also, 35 titles are being removed from the store, so they're having a Last Chance Special so you can get them at big discounts before they're gone. It lasts until September 2. |
