Cool that No More Heroes 1 and 2 are now on Switch. I never did play the Wii versions. I wonder if they still include the motion controls.
Speaking of control... Control is now on Switch?? Whoa, didn't see that coming! Also, it and Hitman 3 are the first cloud-based games on Switch available outside of Japan. Might have to check it out.
And finally, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity has a demo. I will be trying it out shortly.

I know a lot of people are excited for this, but another FF7 character doesn't do anything for me.

This is such a strange pick for a DLC character.
"Should we continue our trend of featuring character from different series/recent games! NOPE! Here's another Final Fantasy character! (and by FF we only mean VII!) To fight against the previous FF(VII) rep who was already controversial/overpowered enough! And that's not all, he's also a sword user! BUT THIS TIME IT'S REALLY LONG AND CAN WALL CLING WHICH WILL HAVE NO ACTUAL USE IN TOURNEY PLAY IF YOU OMEGA STAGE EVERYTHING. Don't forget to rock out to new FF(VII) music in the form of TWO* tracks! Or we might just fuck you over again by not including music from character trailer again!"

On one hand it's not something horrible like a Fortnite character or on a lesser note another FE rep but on the other hand while he will probably have sort of new gameplay feature/gimmick the outcome makes it look like Cloud 2.0 in terms of content, as in "expect less not more" and despite representing FF series only being a VII rep.
The only positive I can say it's the first DLC villain character and the trailer was pretty good (nice to the Fighters Pass 1 characters like Banjo and Hero in it).
I feel meh at this point, Sephiroth just doesn't seem "new" or "exciting" enough, something like Byleth was a controversial pick but finally included different FE weapons to make it feel "new".

Sephiroth is one of gamings most popular characters, there's nothing strange about him being added. |
