So, my friends, anyone who thought there'd be a traditional single "third version" for Pokémon Black and White, perhaps nicknamed "Pokémon Gray", was wrong. Instead we'll get... POKÉMON BLACK 2 AND POKÉMON WHITE 2, featuring one Reshiram-like form of Kyurem and one Zekrom-like form of Kyurem. These paired games will be for Nintendo 3DS! NO! NINTENDO DS STILL. So, is Kyurem really the original dragon Reshiram and Zekrom split from, or isn't he? Discuss! ^_^

Dang Johans, you beat me to it. =P
Interesting they'd go with this route. At this point, not much else to say. Not sure I like the Kyurem having the two forms, though.

There's still a lot to say. Release date is June 2012!! Do the math. Does that mean Holiday 2012 in the rest of the world? *drools*

How'd they keep it under wraps for so long? You'd think it'd get leaked through a store order form or something. Seriously, Nintendo, you impress me sometimes.

Part 2 huh. With a name like that I'm actually expecting a sequel of sorts that's considerably different. Like, new story and all that which takes place in another area of pokemarica with new monsters and...
Oh who am I kidding, it's two different versions of the usual third edition. Still it's on 3DS, and with no console Stadium game in sight I think they're actually going with 3D battles this time around. Oh wait it's on DS well nevermind then
Them crazy dragon forms are a surprise since their sprites don't show up in the previous games. Wonder what's the deal with thoseMore giratina 2nd form bullshit SNORE

This is quite the unexpected turn of events
I guess pokemon guy was being quite literal when he said there won't be a grey

No, it makes sense that this is a sequel. If anyone remembers how Black and White ended, Ghetsis wasn't captured and neither were the Shadow Triad. Looker also said that somebody saw a "green haired boy riding a dragon into the sunset."
Leaves a lot of questions...

It'll probably resolve plot elements the way other third versions have done, following the same plot except more events and a more conclusive ending

Uh... duh Questions as in, "What will happen to Ghetsis?" and "Where is N going?"

So...we're essentially getting Pokemon Gray-White and Gray-Black.
Dammit, Nintendo, I don't love you this much. Unless GrayWhite and GrayBlack are completely different games (I.E. not equivalent to Yellow, Crystal, etc), I'm not sure I'm gonna buy 'em. XD

I'm willing to bet this was a direct reaction to people just assuming they were making a Grey version. XD
Looks like people were right about Kyurem having something to do with Zekrom and Reshiram's original combined body. These new forms look like a transitional stage between them.

I'm willing to bet this was a direct reaction to people just assuming they were making a Grey version. XD I dunno, those secret moves of Kyurem (burning ice and paralyzing ice) have been there since Black and White. Makes me think there was something planned since then; if not the dual nature of a next game, then at least the duality of the Kyurem forms.
