I'm pretty happy with what was shown. Robot Chicken opening was awesome, as well as Reggie "addressing complaints" from the whiny fan wanting Mother 3 and Starfox. Splatoon looks pretty awesome, it like a "reverse Super Mario Sunshine" mixed with TAG: The Power of Paint. Captain Toad look amazing. XC:X characters look a little off in terms of graphics/art style/ Still concerned by the lack of SMT X Fire Emblem though . . . 30% off sale in the eShop as well, for select games.Bayonetta 2 and the Nintendo costumes and the first game including sounds like an amazing deal. Mii Fighters and Palutana in Smash Bros look pretty awesome. It's nice to know Mii's were considered for SSBB. Also Mii fighter appear to be able to wear hats as accessories. And the Blue Marine in Steel Diver: Sub Wars really did seem like a Starfox hint for E3.

We haven't been talking about it, but I am looking forward to Bayonetta 2. I've never played the original, and it didn't bother me to jump straight into the sequel, but hey, two games for the price of one! It even includes some sexy disturbing costumes of Samus, Link and Peach.
Bayonetta 2 will also have an online co-op mode, which is nice.
I wonder, tho, if the first one is a digital download or included in the package.

Trailer for Devil's Third:
So, I guess Nintendo is publishing it? It's funny, I had a slight feeling that maybe Nintendo picked this up after THQ went bankrupt. Well, actually, I think I read a rumor about it on Miiverse, but then I was thinking back to Nintendo's shareholder meeting last January when Iwata commented that Nintendo needed to release more games that cater to stereotypical Western tastes.

Well, that was a good presentation. The robot chicken segments were definitly a hoot, I really liked they enjoyed making them (fire reggie FTW). The presentation was top notch, with Green Missile Iwatas, Anime intros for Palutena, my second most wanted character for SSB, and Bayo 1&2 for the price of one. It wasn't mind blowingly awesome but it was a fun time.
I'd say it was my favorite of the E3 presentations, but I'm not a big fan outside of Nintendo and Valve (are they even doing anything this E3?).

Okay, Devil's Third looks pretty cool. I'd say it was my favorite of the E3 presentations, but I'm not a big fan outside of Nintendo and Valve (are they even doing anything this E3?). Don't think they are attending. Though someone made this Valve E3 2014 musical number in Tomodatchi Life.

I would say this is the best E3 since 09 or 10. Also you can now get Sakurai's Mii on StreetPass.

The E3 website and the Treehouse shows are getting better. Guess I shouldn't judge them with just the main Digital Event. Never thought being a giant robot can be challenging. Now I wonder what are their competitors doing? Are they pulling out awesome stuff after the show too? Also, what's "Marth's" amiibo doing there? SMTxFE hinted?

I think they just goofed with stock art. On the NoA Amiibo page Marth's Amiibo can be seen based on his Smash appearance.

On the live stream, Shigeru Miyamoto just said that Star Fox for Wii U was in full development, and they're planning to have it finished within a year from now.

Been watching Treehouse Live, but now that they're repeating Splatoon, I'm taking a rest here. Let's see...
Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker looks interesting. Those Captain Toad levels in 3D World definitely deserve to be expanded, and I'm glad they're doing this.
Splatoon looks like it took inspiration from Mario Sunshine: sinking from ink goops, the squid theme, shooting stuff and liquid interaction... yeah. And it doesn't look like a Nintendo game at all - a good sign that they're expanding their frontiers.
Projet GIANT ROBOT looks challenging. And Project GUARD is outright hard. Controlling 12 security cameras and fighting hordes of robots with lasers and bombs!?
Xenoblade X (cross) looks beautiful, if anything. It may not be Wii U-good (can't tell from Twitch), but at least it lives up to its predecessor's name. ARPG's my thing, but hack and slash isn't. Hmm, what to do with this game....?
Hyrule Warrior looks interesting. I like how they combined stuff from different Zelda worlds. Definitely something that both Zelda and Musou fans would like. I'm neither, though.
Otherwise, Mario Maker and Kirby and the Raindow Curse caught my attention. And I didn't expect they'd bundle Bayo1 with Bayo2 just like that. They should do more of this to PS/XB games in the future. Available on all non-Nintendo platforms? Pfah.

Done watching the invitational. That's quite entertaining. Hightlights include Mega Man's Final Smash clearly recorded on screen, fans dying a little inside when one of their favourite players lost horribly and them getting mad when a player won by camping.
Oh, and Mario Maker on Treehouse. That thing looks promising even with what little tools available in the editor. Flying Piranha Plants are awesome.
In other news, NinDB is dead silent.

Watched invitational as well. (Missed a few parts, like Smash Run) It was good. Have to agree that Mega Man's final smash was awesome to see in an actual battle. Wish there could have been more stage variation though. ZZS Final Smash seems overpowered as well.
Was hoping the winner would fight Sakurai using a brand new character reveal or something.

And so the Super Smash Bros Tournament is done, with the Chilean Gonzalo “CT|ZeRo” Barrios taking the trophy home. Viva Chile, mierda.
Also, has Arcadenik spazzed about Capt. Toad's game? I know I would if I loved Toads so much.
