I've had certain Gamecube games crash on me at inopportune moments. Pokemon Colosseum is one of them. I had de-shadowed two Pokemon, and went to Celebi shrine to have their hearts opened, and as soon as I approached and pressed A... BAM! No game. And I hadn't saved ANY of the progress since both Pokemon were completely shadow. Grr... I still think Piloswine is shadowed now.
I get errors all the time on my Sonic games... sometimes the GameCube doesn't even realise there's a disc in there... I don't know why! I tried the discs in my friend's GC and there was no problem... and mine doesn't have a problem with any other games... just Sonic Adventure DX, Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, Sonic Mega Collection and Sonic Heroes... it's pretty freaky.
But i probably have had at least one error message on each of my games... I remember the first time it happened... during the Sandbag game thingy on SSBM. Scared the hell outta me.
^Ive had the same problem with my Gamecube. What you do is take a cotton swab or cotton ball and dap it in a little bit of alcohol(no not the kind you drink, rubbing). Then open your Gamecube and dap the laser with the Cotton thing. It should work there may be dust or hair on the lense.
Anyway My spine-tingeling moment is probobly every time I turn on SSB:M. Something about that game makes be love it so much. With every push of the power button Im inspired. I love it sooo much
Was going to make a "change" American Kirby, but I'm not that skilled at Fireworks.
Shrikeswind: So, having said in my post in Dream Fighters what I've been spending my quarantine on, what about you guys? How are you hanging onto sanity?

Shrikeswind: Also I don't know that I've ever spent as long building a Smash fighter as I did with WG, and I'm going to hit this one hard here, it was all the costume work.

Shrikeswind: I'm reminded why I don't bother with that. I had the luxury of easy-to-grab screenshots and it still took literal hours to finish that post.

Nester the Lark: Let's not talk about me and sanity.

Shrikeswind: Very well, we shall talk of other things, like shoes and ships and sealing wax, and cabbages and kings, and why the sea is boiling hot, and whether pigs have wings.

Shrikeswind: It strikes me that perhaps I should not be mentioned in the same breath as sanity myself.

Boo Destroyer: RuneScape.... I haven't heard that name in a long, long time.

Shrikeswind: I still play. Matter of fact, I'm currently playing. It actually just came out with a new skill this past March, if you can believe it.

nocturnal YL: In a way, I'm glad I'm unrelated to those fan communities of the games I play. I just sit back and play games casually, not really caring whatever scandals or elitism or holier-than-thou attitudes going on.

Shrikeswind: I think I need to track down some horribly cursed Pokemon content now after that. You know, since that was such a heavy topic to drop in the middle of a quiet forum.

Nester the Lark: Also, I know YL isn't into speedruns, but he might be interested to know that RPG Limit Break is having a Gust marathon all weekend, including several Atelier games.
