I beat the final boss of PM2 on my first try... but then my GameCube did that 'Error occurred' thing and I had to do it again. Grrrrr... Ooh, yes.. I have that too sometimes, really annoying Fortunately, I often know when it's going to happen, since my GameCube somehow starts making ticking sounds before I get the error But unfortunately, it's often too late to get to a save point by then

That ticking sounds haunts me in my sleep...
Tick, tick, tick, tick, tick, tick, ERROR! It's like a time bomb...

That ticking sounds haunts me in my sleep... Tick, tick, tick, tick, tick, tick, ERROR! It's like a time bomb... I've never had any problems with my GameCube. Except a few times with Metroid Prime(But I hear that happens to a lot of people, mostly on elevators.) My PS2 though is a piece of crap and eventually died. Then I took it out and smashed it into pieces with a hammer. Probably one of the top ten best moments of my life.

I've had certain Gamecube games crash on me at inopportune moments. Pokemon Colosseum is one of them. I had de-shadowed two Pokemon, and went to Celebi shrine to have their hearts opened, and as soon as I approached and pressed A... BAM! No game. And I hadn't saved ANY of the progress since both Pokemon were completely shadow. Grr... I still think Piloswine is shadowed now.

Nothing beats the feeling of beating the crap out of something ;D I want to do that with my computer once... Eh, when I have a new computer, that is.

I get errors all the time on my Sonic games... sometimes the GameCube doesn't even realise there's a disc in there... I don't know why! I tried the discs in my friend's GC and there was no problem... and mine doesn't have a problem with any other games... just Sonic Adventure DX, Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, Sonic Mega Collection and Sonic Heroes... it's pretty freaky. But i probably have had at least one error message on each of my games... I remember the first time it happened... during the Sandbag game thingy on SSBM. Scared the hell outta me.

^Ive had the same problem with my Gamecube. What you do is take a cotton swab or cotton ball and dap it in a little bit of alcohol(no not the kind you drink, rubbing). Then open your Gamecube and dap the laser with the Cotton thing. It should work there may be dust or hair on the lense. Anyway My spine-tingeling moment is probobly every time I turn on SSB:M. Something about that game makes be love it so much. With every push of the power button Im inspired. I love it sooo much
