Well guys this is it. Only 20 Days until the Wii world debut, so I've made a post to give a hit with a shampan bottle into the seas of tomarrow. Not only that, but I'll be looking at a New Wii game that will be turning heads every day till launch day.
Talk it up guys. Its been a long time coming.

Bummber
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess While waiting for the Wii we were also waiting for this game as well. Originally a Cube title its now on the Wii with Wiimore features. Cube fans will still be able to get it on Dec. 12th.
In it you use the Wiimote to slash foes left and right. You can also use the nunchuck attachment to attack foes with your sheild and parry and sword spins are here as well. Shooting now allows for a point and click. And don't forget the fishing minigame.
Animals play a big part in this game. Link will have Epona and also use a hawk to attack things from afar. When Link goes to the Twilight Realm he becomes a Wolf and is assisted by the mysterious Midna.
I know we cant wait for this game. There also an event tomorrow where the press gets their hands on the final version. If you dont want to know anything, avoid IGN.

Couple of things. 1) Spell check, man 2) wow does not count as an adequate spoiler warning 3) Spell check, man 4) Woooo! Wii! Should be good, though I wont be grabbing one til next year 5) Spell check, man EDIT: Said 'spell check' so many times that I accidently wrote it where I meant spoiler warning.

Obviously he hasn't seen the Spell Check button when he posts. Just be thankful he didn't come down with the annoying and deadly CAPS LOCK DISEASE!!!! On topic, I'll have to wait longer than that (38 days) before I get to play the Wii (in my local brach of GAME most likely). I thought the Wii was supposed to 'launch simultaneously in all regions' if I'm not mistaken. All that I can say is that I'm miffed about having to wait longer, Oh well...

Sorry to those in Europe
Elebits It's safe to say that this one probably went under the radar during E3. Its kind of strange though, seeing as its defiantly unique, even by Wii standards. Everyone who has played it has sung its praise.
This game acts alot like a Gallery Shooter with alot more interaction. Using the Wii mote, you must catch these creatures called (guess what) Elebits. Of course you have to do it in a time limit.
The catch is how you interact with the environment to catch the little buggers. You can use the "gun" to pull open doors, twist faucets, and lift objects. The more elebits you get, the higher your watts go up which allows you to lift larger objects, as big as a house.
Also don't forget multi player. It will allow four players to get to getter and compete to collect more elebits in a room.
This is going to be of those games that attract people with unique but fun game play, and its quirky setting. Cant wait to see it.

Here's some hot, hot news. The Virtual Console lists at launch for the U.S. and Japan have been revealed! ^^ The U.S. point system is also discussed. I'll sum up the report at Gccafe.com: U.S. Points: NES - 500 Points. Genesis/SNES - 800 points. TurboGrafx-16 - 600 points. N64 - 1000 Points. You can purchase $20 worth of points (2000) online or at retail. The site says that these are where prices start, so it could mean that certain games for a system may cost more. >_< U.S. Game List: NES: Legend of Zelda, Ice Hockey, Pinball, Donkey Kong, Donkey Kong Jr., Mario Bros., Soccer, Tennis, Wario's Woods, Baseball, Urban Champion, Solomon's Key (Tecmo). SNES: F-Zero, Sim City. N64: Super Mario 64. Genesis: Sonic the Hedgehog, Space Harrier II, Ristar, Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, Altered Beast, Columns, Golden Axe, Ecco the Dolphin, Gunstar Heroes. TG16: Super Star Soldier, Dungeon Explorer, Bonk's Adventure, Victory Run, Bomberman 93. Japan List: One thing you'll notice is the amount of third party support is much broader than the US list. You'll see this clearly in the NES and SNES lists. NES: Everything the US gets, plus Ninja Jajamaru-kun (Jaleco), Xevious (Namco), Legend of Kage (Taito), Gradius (Konami), Go-moku Narabe (Nintendo) and Super Mario Bros. SNES: Everything the US gets, plus R-Type III (Irem), Mario Super Picross, Zelda: Link to the Past, Super Mario World, Fire Emblem: Monsho no Nazo, Donkey Kong Country, Street Fighter II (Capcom), Super Castlevania IV (Konami) and Contra III (Konami). N64: Same as U.S. - only SM64. Genesis: Shadow Dancer and Puyo Puyo are added, and Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine (which is Puyo Puyo, but for American Sonic fans ) is out. Also, Japanese Wii owners can pruchase Genny games at 600 yen, or $6. Americans will fork out $2 more per title. TG16: Bomberman 93 is replaced with BM 94. New Adventure Island, Necromancer and Battle Lode Runner are also included with the games also coming to the U.S. I hope NoA gets on the ball and starts getting more of these out here. The third parties are horribly underepresented here (only one game on the NES is from a third party! ). When Europe's gets posted, I'll add it here.

The SNES and N64 list is absolutely dismal!
The Genesis list is nice. I'll be hitting some of those up for sure.

That is a terrible list (as in quantity of games, not the auality of those games).
I have a feeling the enitre Virtual Console system is gonna be a bit of a let down.

If you buy one VC game from that list, let it be Gunstar Heroes! Yes!
I'm thinking of trying the Bonk games. I do find it a little ironic that the original Bonk's Adventure was also on the NES and Game Boy (and there was a game on the SNES called Super Bonk).

...I'd heard the original ToeJam and Earl was going to be available through it. Was I lied to? If it's not available at launch, I hope it becomes available soon after... it's one of Sega's few non-Sonic games that I actually went back to play even after the N64 came out.
