I'd agree with you, except for the fact that he managed to get a GC game before his more famous brother did.

And he's definitely the better of the two in the M&L games. What is his deep, disturbing secret, as forseen by that big ol' door? That's what I want to know.

Wait... if Kamek's a boss... how will Baby Bowser fight him? I thought Kamek was like Baby Bowser's adopted father...

Who says Baby Bowser is fighting him? Bowser is not in the list of playable characters, so he's probably an unlockable at the end or something (like I'd imagine Luigi will probably be - and hopefully Waluigi, too).

Where was a character selection screen shown? And if you look at the first page, you'll see Baby Bowser on the cover, and there are Baby Bowser screens.

He is on the front cover riding a Yoshi, that's true. But where are these screenshots of which you speak? I have seen no Baby Bowser screens anywhere.

gonintendo.com/wp-content/photos/stand.JPGNew boxart, pretty much the same except this time Baby Bowser's replaced with a floating island. Pribably a sign to Baby Bowser being an enemy instead of a playable character .

Assuming that is an indication of the boxart, then perhaps Artoon should spend more time developing the game and less time working on boxarts.
And I still think Bowser will be unlockable at the end.

I hope that you'll be able to fight the bosses with any character: only being allowed to fight Bowser as Mario in SM64 DS really annoyed me.

This is just a guess, but I imagine you fight the bosses with Yoshi...
If the baby powers have any effect on the outcome of boss battles, then I suspect you will be limited to which baby you can use. If not, then it doesn't matter.

Damn Yoshi's Island DS is starting to annoy me. I was already to get the game when it came out (which is supposed to be while I'm in Sydney for a week), but then I heard little about it and thought that maybe it was, infact, nowhere near up to the quality of the original and it would be okay to wait until Christmas for. So, sure enough, today I went and put down $10 deposit on the incredibly-low-stocked, exclusive-to-EB-games Cube version of Twilight Princess. And no sooner do I do that when I come home and find 8s and amazing 9.1s getting throw around for Yoshi's Island.
Dear money lord, please give me the strength to be a complete tightass so I can afford both. Amen.

Dear money lord, please give me the strength to be a complete tightass so I can afford both. Amen. Hey, that reminds me! The Spirit of Money from Yoshi Topsy Turvy, a GBA Tilt Sensor game! ;D So this game seems to explain the origins of all the characters? Huh, so the Yoshis are older than all of them. Maybe they just age slowly. But then, they're dinosaurs, what do you expect?

And no sooner do I do that when I come home and find 8s and amazing 9.1s getting throw around for Yoshi's Island. Look's like the developers at Artoon got their butt's in gear after the disasterous Yoshi's Topsy Turvey. As for getting this game, I've currently got just enough money for when PWAA:JFA is released (currently a vague TBC) so I won't be getting this for a while. Which sucks to honest.

Well I'm glad to hear it's doing so well. I bet Nintendo reps stood over Artoon while they were working on it.
The real test is me - someone who is still convinced that despite the SM64's and LoZ:OoT's, I still believe Yoshi's Island is the greatest game ever made.
But I am looking forward to this, despite being let down by Yoshi adventures on two previous engagements (Yoshi's Story was bad for a Nintendo game, Yoshi's Universal Gravitation was just bad for a game, period).
