No luck getting connected before the UK Wii launch then Fry? It's looking unlikely... but we have a new housemate who is also eager to get the net, so progress may be swift.

Will friend codes be compatable worldwide? Do we know yet?

Well, you'd think so. DS ones are. Not much point being connected to the World Wide Web if they aren't, is there?

Yep, they are, but apparently they're really slow.
Guy A tells his code to Guy B, who sticks it into his console - Guy A's name becomes grey on B's friend list. Guy B then tells his code to Guy A, who inputs it: now both consoles have grey names. Now both guys wait for a couple of hours while their consoles connect to each other (IGN said that one time they left their console on over-night connecting, and it still wasn't done in the morning), and eventually both names turn black. Tis done.

That I could have told you.
Unrelated note: my connection to the Shop Channel is slow and unreliable, but it works much better for everyone I know.

I am now going to take requests for Nintendo All-Stars drawings. Please try and be as original and creative as possible.
You may also select any of the characters already up, as they will all need doing again in the near future.

Of course, I would love to see my man Mike Jones doing a yo-yo trick like Rock the Baby in the Cradle, but how about Alexandra Roivas from Eternal Darkness? Is she too new or too 2nd party to be considered an All-star?

I'd like to see either Wario or Foreman Spike. Your choice.

Is the Ouendan group first party?

Don't panic too much about second-partiness or newness. Alex Roivas is going to be tricky, as I suspect Silicon Knights held on to the Eternal Darkness rights when they dropped out of Nintendo.
But 10 years ago I would have happily had Banjo-Kazooie in the All-Stars section. And look how far they've fallen!
Jill, Wario and Foreman Spike are all on the cards. The Ouendan group does kinda count... I guess.

Actually, I was just curious to see what Alex would look like in the classic Nintendo art style. I have an image in my head, but I'm not too good at drawing.
Denis Dyack has expressed interest in doing a sequel to Eternal Darkness. As I understand it, Silicon Knights and Nintendo are not on unfriendly terms, so a new collaboration should not be out of the question.

If there is no much problem with second parties, I would suggest Ashley from Trace Memory, probably for a similar reason as to why Corey suggested Alex, (And I think Nintendo keep the rights for ED just look at the credits of that game, it was a Co-production between Nintendo and SK, it even had Miyamoto as one of the Producers. Also I dont think I need to say it but You need to draw Tingle, now that he has 2 games under his selves.
