I've been doing a lot of drawing lately and posting over at fryguy64.deviantart.comHere's a couple I did over the last couple days, and I plan on doing a few more NES characters in this series Ice Climber Balloon Fight Let me know what you think, and check out some of my other non-Nintendo stuff as well

Not taking requests for this lot, I'm afraid! I'm gonna draw them as they come to me. But I get the feeling I'll be working my way through early Arcade/Famicom games and/or characters. Bubbles is likely to be next, because I love that... err... fish thing.

Hey, I didn't know you liked the Foo Fighters. Awesome. Anyway, I checked out your site. Some awesome stuff there, Fry. You're getting better and better. ^_^ Now...where's my Vyse? Don't fret about it, whenever you get around to it. I see you do trades, so if you want, I'll doodle up something in return. ^_^

Wheee, glad you think I'm developing. I am (slowly) learning that sometimes "suggestion" beats "definition". But I've been trying to keep a steady flow of new stuff coming through.
I've never really played Skies of Arcadia though, so I don't know if I could do Vyse the justice I hear he deserves (part of me having little interest in RPGs, I'm afraid).
Don't suppose you have any of your OWN characters you would prefer I draw, eh? ;D

Well, I'd love to see anyone take a crack at my own characters. It's always interesting to see what other people interpret from them. Considering your style, I'd think Drew, Shi or Dave would be interesting. However, if you see one on Snow Dragon that catches your eye, then go for it. ^_^ If you'd like something in return, let me know.

Very nice. I do want to know though, is that your style for now on for Nintendo All-Stars?

No... this was just me trying a new style.
Nintendo All-Stars may be vectorized though. I sorted out all my files last week, so now it'll be an easy job.

Those are great! I personally like the sketches better than the outcome (photoshopped)...but that's just me. I'm a big fan of the pencil.

I do agree, I like the sketches. Unfortunately I do need to put more effort into "finishing" my work. It's something I've been very lazy about.

Ah! Finally something other than pencil sketches.
I can't see your Balloon Fight pic, by the way.
I always envy you people doing arts like this, as all i can do is tracing (which is rather useless; but enough to serve me at school and make my scoolmates go awwwwww) and the sort. As an animator, I'd rather not o these artistic stuff and go the more traditional "sprite-based" way instead.

The balloon fight pic has vanished off this page for some reason, but it still shows up in my deviantArt gallery. Weird!
I'm drawing a lot of other peoples' Fakémon at the moment, and I plan on trying to finish them in Ken Sugimori's legendary style. Anyone got any they want to share with me?
