The thing to remember is that PS2 is in fact PS3 in Japan, and not PC as everyone thinks ;D

Japan: Pokemonn Stadium 3 US: Pokemon Stadium 2
Japan: Pokemon Colosseum US: Pokemon Colosseum
Japan: Pokemon XD US: (not out yet)
Got it?

That is what confused me also.
But now that you've brought it up, what did Japanese Pkmn Stadium have thats different to Japanese PS2 (and therefore US PS)?

Basically the same, but without the Game Boy linkup... and only around 30 playable Pokemon. Makes you wonder why they bothered really.

Just to make cash, and see Pokemon in 3D. The 30 choices were only the fully-evolved, really popular ones and legendaries, btw. So the game had like.. Blastoise, Gengar and Mewtwo, but totally screwed ones like Caterpie, Pidgeotto and Pinsir The American release of Pokemon Stadium 2 added the Gallery Mode, btw. Too bad nobody could find those stupid photo printout booths

Well, at least they chose fully evolved, powerful ones rather than the Pikachus, Marills and whatever other tiny cute things you see in alot of pokemon things these days.

In Donkey Konga 2 there are "badges" (Avatars) that you use to 'sign' your high scores. The ones you start with are Donkey Kong Country characters, but you also unlock a bunch from other games. So far I've found several from Mario, StarFox, Pikmin and Zelda... and heavens be... one of them is Tingle But I've only unlocked around half of them so far. Does anybody have all the badges? Or know where I can find a list? GameFAQs is surprisingly deficient in Donkey Konga FAQs.

My cousin said that Cheep-Cheeps could be found in Zelda 4 Swords Adventures. I'll take a screenshot of it later, as I know what he's talking about. EDIT: This is what I'm talking about. (Stage 1, Lake Hylia)

I'm not sure if this counts as a cameo, but I'd figured I'd bring it up anyway. Recently I've been playing the Polarium puzzles that Nintendo has on the Japanese web-site and came across this one: 36279 93323 53861 68023 94797 25992 It's the second one on this page. Not sure if it counts, but I figured there was no harm in bringing it up.

What is that? A dolphin?
Oh, right, I get it now - I got it as soon as I wrote the word "dolphin".
Are there other sea creatures / animals / whatever? If not, then it might well be a reference.
