It's cool Tei. I can understand. I'm a big Sonic fan, yet almost all his games are sucking now. I must say though that a lot odf 3rd parties are ruining their once good franchise. Final Fantasy is a good example. The cool part about it is that it was a once time story. Beat the crazy bad guy and the world is safe. But now they want to make sequals to their sequals. FFX-2? Tidus is gone and Spira is at [peice. i don't need to know the aftermath. Or an irrelivant plotline. God, thinking back, that game was pretty gay. Least it had good gameplay. It's not just that. FF13 weill have about 7 games for it. hey already anounced 3. And do we need 1000 games for FF7?
A bit off topic. but, it just seems franchises that were once good are now losing it.
Fliptroppa:Yeah, that was my big grip about MKDS. Riders also lets you use any gear another character can use as long as they are in the same class.

^ Yes, but it's because most of those series have sequels that change hardly anything from previous titles. That is why Mario games are so good. You got racing, various sports, even dancing!
Crash Bandicoot is a good example of when a company would change lots of thing for each sequel, and each sequel was actually better than the last! Crash 1 was a good start, then 2 fixed some problems with faces and saving, and a better story. It also added the warp rooms. Then Crash 3 added tons of new features. You could go back in time, ride a dinosaur, ride a motorcycle, and new moves were added. Then came Crash Team Racing which was good. But Naughty Dog stopped making Crash games and the other companies can't think of anything fun and new to add.
Sonic tries to add new things, but it is mostly the same.

There were much more changes between SA1 and 2 than between Crash 1 & 2, but that doesn't mean SA2 was better. There were more changes between SA2 and SA2: Battle than there were between Crash 1 & 2. |

Eh, I preferred the changes in Crash than I did SA1 & SA2. I liked it better in SA1 when you could choose a character and each one had a different story that intertwined with the others. |

The other is the one that paints Tails blue, gives him a jacket and different shoes, and calls him an original character. Oh, and then there's the kind that worships Yuji Naka as if he were a God, but there's only one person I know who's like that and she's fucking crazy. For seriously. |

Sonic was great until Heroes, and the only games I like after that were Battle (sorta same time), Rush, and I figure I'll like Rush Adventure and perhaps Olympic Games. Otherwise Yuji Naka left and SonicTeam can't do shit without him. I seriously have doubts on NiGHTS just because he's not there.
This game's going to add onto the many characters of Sonic that are running out of colors (They even ADMITTED that about Silver) and do absolutely nothing yet won't bring back Mighty or Ray? Pah.
Also it's EXTREEEEEME AIRBOARDING. Count me the hell out.
