I thought Aiai was kinda boring. Sure he's one of the best characters, but I thought he wasnt that cool, because IMO all the characters played pretty much the same.
Also, this is kinda a dumb reason, but I only like monkeys if they are colorful. ;D I wish Amigo could have gotten in.......

...I can't think of one time monkeys were colorful.
And I never got the first Sonic Riders because Sonic's recent appearences have pushed me away from buying Sonic games.
EDIT: Adam, about earilier, didn't Fry say he doesn't like lists? 'Cause you sure as hell posted one.

Sonic Riders was the best Sonic game of the GC/PS2/XBOX era. You should pick it up. You can get it for like $15 bucks at walmart. EDIT: sorry, I never heard that.  |

Just wanted to point out that Fry only hates lists that don't include explanations. Savage Adam at least included his specific reasons for the creation of his list, so I think it's fine. For future reference, a list, by itself without explanation, is too uninformative to be considered a productive post. |

My predictions seem to be fairly accurate. Six new characters have been announced. Cream, Shadow, Rouge, Eggman, Blaze and Silver. Not that anyone cares.  |

Most of us aren't keen on Sonic anymore, expesially a spin off.
The game looks ok. It defiantly had more style in the stages. The new gravity mechanic might be fun.
The last one wasn't bad though. It was average, but still pretty fun. It is an enjoyable game if you a fan of Kirby Air Ride. I does look, however, that they didn't improve the controls much. Both Sonic FRiders and Kirby Air Ride suffered from slippery controls. It kind of a curse for these games, but hopefully it turns out better in the actual game.
If this game gets 8+ all around then I might consider buying it. Of course, there are so many games coming out.

They have some of the character profiles up on the official Japanese site. All they have are team Sonic and the Babylon Rouges, but there are twelve silouetts (cant spell it) with the words coming soon on them.
Also it says there will be 6 speed characters, seven flight, and five power.

Sonic the Hedgehog Miles "Tails" Prower Knuckles the Echidna Jet the Hawk Wave the Swallow Storm the Albatross Amy Rose Shadow the Hedgehog Rouge the Bat Cream the Rabbit Silver the Hedgehog Blaze the Cat Dr. Eggman and a pair of random Meteor Tech robots Also, NiGHTS Billy Hatcher Amigo the Monkey Art here. I'm glad the non-Sonic characters have been limited only to Sonic Team's creations this time around. |
