I think Wario's stage should be the SS Teacup from the first Warioland game, complete with those boomerang-throwing ducks.
DK should have a non-jungle level such as Mekanos from DKC3 or the Zinger hive levels fron DKC2.

Personally I'd prefer to see the return of the 'Fighting Polygon Team' from SSB, over the Fighting Wire Frames or Mii's.
Although the thought of making Mii's of famous (and infamous) people from history and smashing them about sounds fun..

Miis need to fight. Heck using WiiConnect24 Maby they could add a few new moves now and then to be saved on the SD Cards like Photos on Gamecube's Melee. Perhaps new charictors and Levels could be added the same way.
Glorius Overlooked possibilities of WiiConnect24.

It seems as if the "Generic Computer Fighter" character--Polygons, Wire Frames--are based more on contemporary rendering techniques. My guess is next up would be something like...Fighting Hit Bubble Team.

Yeah, that could work. Like bubbles representing collision boxes or building the character's anatomy. Characters in Accolade's Ballz looked somewhat like that. Other people suggest stick bodies this time around. As for the Miis, I can't see them as other than avatars (in addition to player names) or stage cameos. Also I presented my Mii + Mr. Game & Watch idea and some foundations here. I'm not saying it's going to happen; it's too random an idea to expect it to happen, but I'm sure that's the kind of things Nintendo would do.

I would like to see Mii team. Use the Miis on your console to fight you.
But, as far as things I'd like to see. It would be more Special Melees(Brawls). I thought of one called Dark where you can't see anything beyond a small light around your character.

Hm. Replacing the Wire Frames with Miis sounds kind of nifty to me. ^_^

@ the OP
Hyrlue Temple? Fine?!?!? Are you serious?
It's good as a stage, but it's terrible representation for the Zelda series. There is no 'Hyrule Temple' and the stage doesn't show that it's Zelda-ish. It should be replaced by Hyrule Castle Battlements in SSBB. Hyrule Castle Dungeon (or the sewers place, you know, the first place where you are a wolf).'
And the Miis should replace the Wireframes.
Or the Mii's costumes could be different Mii's saved on the Wiimote in use (if they are playable).

Nah, the Miis should be an item: grab an icon and all the Miis that are in your plaza will march (or "parade") across the stage, creating damage to anyone in their path. Or you could get a Mii gun, firing avatars at people until your plaza is empty.

But what about the people who didn't make that much Miis? How about there is a default Mii set consisting of Sora employees if you don't have a certain number of Miis.

I'd like to see mystery mode myself. Also this idea of a Bowser's castle stage is just awesome.

Being able to grab the axe to break the stage? That IS a good idea. In fact, if you do that, and there's rising lava, that could replace Samus's Brinstar stage as well ;D
Here's a few stage ideas I'd like to see:
Mario Series SMB3 Airships - bigger than the flying Rainbow Ride ship in SSBM. Smaller airships fly past and Rocky Wrenches throw wrenches at the stage. Bowser's Castle - See above.
Zelda Series Hyrule Castle - this would switch between Hyrule and Twilight Realm as you play, changing the stage at random.
Urban Champion This stage would replace Onett - just some buildings in a row, and you only lose if you fall off the sides of the stage.
