Episode 95 was my favorite episode. I immediately thought.... "holy crap... it's American Kirby!"

Evil-frog-possessed Kirby was much scarier than evil-frog-possessed Dedede. *nod*

On a scale of -5 to 5 triangles, this who I'd like to see / not like to see in Smash Bros and why:
Characters from Super Smash Bros 64[/u] Luigi (▲▲▲▲▲) He's Luigi.
Captain Falcon (▲▲▲▲▲) He's the face of the F-Zero franchise, his icon is already confirmed, and he's one of Sakurai's favorite fighters. He's in.
Jigglypuff (▲▲▲▲) I like having Jigglypuff playable. Jiggly is a unique character who has an added bonus of embarrassing the people it defeats. I was at an unofficial tournament, and whenever someone picked Jigglypuff, they were instantly crowd favorites. Jigglypuff's biggest obstacle to being in Brawl is that he's another first-generation Pokémon.
Ness (▲▲▲▲) I don't like the fact they seem to have replaced Ness with Lucas. Getting rid of Ness seems like a downgrade from the previous games. Ness is the only main protagonist of the Mother series to be released in America, and his presence in the previous games make him much more recognizable than Lucas.
Original Characters from Super Smash Bros Melee[/u] Marth (▲▲▲▲▲) Marth is the face of the Fire Emblem franchise. Marth has got a bit of help: he has a new game coming out (Fire Emblem DS) and Ike has different moves (I.E. Marth hasn't been Lucas-ed). Marth is a popular fighter and he wasn't removed from the American and European versions of Melee because of how well he tested. I'd be surprised, and pretty upset if Marth gets cut.
Mewtwo (▲▲▲▲▲) He's the closest thing Pokémon has to a villain, unless they make an evil Pokémon trainer. He also has a unique fighting style.
Mr. Game and Watch (▲▲▲▲▲) No one saw this coming in Melee. Mr. Game and Watch is an extremely unique character that goes back to pre-NES times; I don't see how they could possibly cut him from the roster.
Sheik (▲▲▲) Whether Zelda can transform into Sheik has yet to be seen, but I'm hopeful that she still can. If she can't, I don't want Sheik in the game as a separate playable character. It'd be too weird. I realize her design is based off Twilight Princess and that there is no Sheik in Twilight Princess, but in Smash Bros. Link and Zelda represent all the Links and Zeldas, not just one, so it doesn't matter to me.
Clone Characters from Super Smash Bros Melee Ganondorf (▲▲▲▲▲) We've got a couple new villains on the way: one Mario villain and two Kirby villains. The Legend of Zelda is one of the biggest franchises in gaming; Ganondorf has got to stay. All he needs is a new moveset.
Falco (▲▲▲▲▲) Falco is the only other viable playable character I can see from the original Star Fox team. He's pretty much the only clone character that I like being a clone. He's my favorite Star Fox character and he's my best character in Melee, both of which make me really want him in Brawl.
Dr. Mario (●) I...don't know. He's the only character I just don't care whether he's in Brawl or not. On one hand he's just Mario with pills, on the other hand he's the only representative of Nintendo's vast collection of puzzle games. His music is awesome, but My Music dictates that he no longer needs to be a character to have it in Brawl.
Roy (▼▼) Now that he's not the new Fire Emblem character and that Ike is an international character, I don't see much need for Roy in Brawl.
Pichu (▼▼▼▼) The ONLY thing Pichu has going for it is that it is not a first-generation Pokémon. I am sure Sakurai can come up with a better representative of later generation Pokémon. Pichu got in Melee because of cloning alone.
Young Link (▼▼▼▼▼) Oh wow... two incarnations of the same character from the same game. I despise the fact Young Link is in Melee and I'll be pissed if he's wasting a precious character spot in Brawl. I don't care if he's cel-shaded or has different moves. They might as well have 8-bit side scrolling Link who uses his spells from Adventure of Link. Dumb, dumb, dumb.
Select Characters from the Brawl Poll Ridley (▲▲▲▲▲) Ridley is one of the few remaining first or second party characters I still really want playable. I'm hoping for more villains in Brawl and he's the villain of the Metroid series. He's pretty high on the poll, and his weird body shape lends itself to making a unique character.
Mega Man (▲▲▲▲) It'd be great to have a third party character who actually made his name on Nintendo systems. And of the third party characters that made their name on Nintendo, I can't think of many that are more popular than Mega Man.
King K. Rool (▲▲▲) Of course I'd like to see another villain! Sakurai doesn't care much for the Donkey Kong Country franchise, but Subspace Emissary might help villains from more franchises get in.
Takamaru (▲▲▲) Takamaru is the only new Japan-only character I'm hoping for. I think a Samurai could bring a new sword fighting style to the game.
Captain Olimar (▲▲) Sure, why not? Scale doesn't matter in Smash Bros. and Pikmin is a popular enough franchise to get a playable character. Olimar could have some pretty unique moves to.
Animal Crossing Main Character (●) I don't think anyone from Animal Crossing really fits into Brawl, but if Sakurai makes it work, I'll be fine with it.
Claus or Jeff (▼) I don't think any other Mother series character should get in the game if Ness isn't in the game. Giygas would make a cool boss though.
Geno (▼) A Mario character from one Mario game (albeit a good one)? You might as well have Birdo. (For clarification, I don't want Birdo playable - assist would be awesome). If Geno IS owned by Square-Enix, then I really don't want Geno to take up a third party slot.
Krystal (▼▼) I just don't like her character. She's female and has a staff for a weapon, which goes in her favor, but absolutely nothing about her appeals to me. I'll be more sad than angry if she's playable.
Lip (▼▼▼▼) I'd rather have Dr. Mario to represent puzzle games.
Windwaker Link (▼▼▼▼▼) I really hate this idea.
Misc. Nintendo Characters Mike Jones (▲▲▲▲▲) StarTropics was awesome. I think it's only fair that Nintendo puts a non-Japan character to balance out any Japan-only characters. Mike Jones has a ton of moves to choose from. I think he'd make a great unlockable character.
Jody Summer (▲▲▲) Jody Summer is a lot better than Krystal. I'd love to see some extra representation for F-Zero as well as more female representation, so Jody Summer is the easy choice. But at this point, I'd just like to see Captain Falcon.
Mach Rider (▲▲▲) You'd have to work around the motorcycle, but he's a cool character. The game isn't that good, but the character is cool.
Later Generation Pokémon (▲▲) I want a Pokémon from the later generations, but I have no idea who would be a good choice. I'd prefer second generation because after that, I lost interest in the series (except for FireRed and LeafGreen). Please no baby Pokémon.
Balloon Figher (▲) It'd be neat to have a Balloon Fight representative, but a moveset seems difficult and it's probably not worth the character space.
Duck Hunt Dog (●) I can see both sides to the argument on this one. He's a very iconic character, so if he's not playable I think he should be an assist trophy.
Bowser Jr. (▼▼) There's enough Mario representation, I think.
Waluigi (▼▼▼▼▼) This is the worst possible choice of a new Mario character. I'd rather have Daisy, because she's at least female.
Third Party Characters For third party characters, I like ones that I think of playing them on a Nintendo system. I already talked about Mega Man in the poll section, but, aside from him, there are only four characters I can think of that I'd like to see. They are:
1. Simon Belmont (Castlevania) (▲▲▲▲) 2. Master Higgins (Adventure Island) (▲▲▲▲) 3. Bomberman (▲▲▲) 4. Pac-Man (▲▲)

I agree with a lot of what you said, Walrus. They're all very sound, and reasonable, suggestions.
Personally, I'm not expecting all my characters to appear (except Takamaru) because I did get Pit this time around so I really can't complain if my faves don't get picked.
BUT, regardless, here's what I would love to see:
VETERAN FIGHTERS
Marth -- Big DUH on this one. He's getting a new DS remake, which very well could be coming to Western shores, and he is an incredibly popular fighter and mascot rep for FE both in the East and West. Ike plays nothing like him either.
Mewtwo -- One of my favorite inclusions in Melee, I nearly crapped myself when I unlocked him. He oozes cool, and his steep learning curve lends himself to skilled players only play which is something I personally appreciated. If they could maybe bulk him up a bit and make his Forward and Down Specials a bit more useful, Mewtwo could potentially rule the game with his prowess. Pokemon NEEDS its villain.
Luigi -- Another big DUH on this one. Obviously he gets the Poltergust for his Down B, and keeps the floaty playstyle over Mario. My only gripe in the past is that Luigi just had a higher pitched Mario voice. Please, please, PLEASE give him his real voice.
JPuff -- One of my faves, actually. Every fighting game needs the standard "punching bag" character, and she's it. She's the Dan of Smash Bros., and you can't argue with that. Jigglypuff is expected and a Smash staple; if she's left out it would disappoint many fans.
Ganondorf -- I am one of the few who really enjoyed clone Ganon. The idea of using his magic to empower his own strength made sense to me, and I could totally see him fighting Falcon style. That being said, he needs some tweaking. He's a far too slow and weighted character. Give him some jumps, maybe let him hover for a Up B or something. Oh, and although I do enjoy the Warlock Fist and Gerudo Dragon, Ganon does need some "lol dark majix ball" lovin'. There's many different directions the team can go with this one, but the take home message is that Ganon's a shoe-in regardless.
Young Link -- Y'know... I was against the idea of him being in Melee, and I still never touch the little runt, but I have formed a soft spot for the younger Hero of Time. Mario gets his clone-ish bro in the game, why can't Link get his clone-ish child-self in the game as well? Young Link is technically the star of the series anyways, so some Brawl rendition is not far from reality. I, personally, dislike the idea of a cel-shaded Link in Brawl, despite my love for those style games. It's quirky and would look far too awkward in-game. Better yet, just design him TP-style and give him WW moves. That's a fair trade, right?
Falco -- The only clone I want in the game untouched. Falco is N64 Fox, and he plays completely different in Melee from his counterpart. If they altered his standard attacks, gave him a fresh Final Smash, and maybe tweaked the Specials just a bit more... Falco would be original enough to not be considered a clone. And besides, other than Krystal: who the hell else is there? Wolf? PAH!
NEW FIGHTERS
Takamaru -- The #1 top choice for Brawl, in my book. If he's not in the game, you better start those angry letters. Sakurai has said himself that he's fond of the Nazo no Murasamejo franchise and that Takamaru would make a good addition to the game. Beyond that, he's a samurai and we all know samurai flat out pwn. An Eastern-style Link with kunai, invisibility, and LIGHTNING? What gamer is NOT down for that? Takamaru, simply put, would fit into the game fantastically.
Sukapon -- Sadly, his chances are slim to nill. Sakurai has already said he won't bother. But, regardless, I would die happy if Sukapon returned to the fighting scene. A limbless robot with a strange style of dance-fighting (long before capoiera), Sukapon would be a good pick for the WTF fighter of the game. And besides... his moveset could be easily translated from the NES game Joy Mecha Fight--it's all right there!
Geno -- This... would give me the biggest hard-on of my life. Not gonna lie. Geno was the coolest Mario character who never had a chance in hell of returning, and that's a shame. A puppet whose hands and arms turn into guns and lasers is a puppet I wanna play as, damnit. And with the Brawl creative force behind him, Geno would look so badass in full 3D. Imagine a flowing cape, a completely backasswards crazy acrobatic body, giant lasers and transforming limbs up the wazoo, and of course, the coup d'grace: that pompous head nod. Geno is Brawl material through and through, and it's disappointing more people can't see what others do when they look at Geno. Single-handedly, this little star could revive a whole new side of the Mario franchise is resurrected from the dead. Too bad he's stuck somewhere in Limbo, halfway between Squeenix Town and "16-bit Hell"
Stafy -- The more I think about it, the more I realized I really do appreciate this guy. He's simplistic, but that was never a bad thing--look at Kirby! Stafy is A-material, and has a repertoire just as vast as anyone else's to pull from. And imagine the shame on those pro's faces when they realize Fox just got owned by a starfish. That, my friends, is the beauty of Smash Bros.
Flint -- Hands down the coolest Mother character, he's not exactly likely but he is very desirable. Flint could fight with an assortment of cowboy and rugged devices including lassos, wooden planks, and maybe even summoning Boney. He'd be another Captain Falcon, in my mind, in that he'd be that eccentric old-dude that everyone wants to play as because, well, "they're friggin Captain Falcon." Except, in this case, "they're friggin Flint."
Kumatora -- My pick for secondary Mother rep, Kumatora could clobber the competition with a plethora of PSI spells. The issue, of course, is that Lucas (living up to the legacy of striped shirts) stole some of her moves. But that's not a real big deal, is it? Kumatora would also, I imagine, be a fantastic hand-to-hand combatant. She is a tomboy, afterall.
Lucario -- He's not a legendary, but don't tell me this Pokemon wasn't created with Smash in mind. Aura Sphere, Sky Uppercut, Force Palm, Dark Pulse, Feint, Me First... A lot of his moves would have very clever executions in Brawl, and be wonderful counterparts to the darker Mewtwo. I mean, think about it. You have Mewtwo, the vilest of the vile in the anime and (supposedly) games. And then you have Lucario, the most heroic of the heroic in the anime and (supposedly, albeit he is part of a breeding species) games. There's a nice light v. dark dynamic there, and it's something I haven't picked up on until very recently. Every villain has their hero, and vice verse. Lucario can easily fulfill that role.
Krystal -- Honestly, I'm indifferent. I expect her, and so I'd be disappointed if she didn't show. But if she does show, it's sort of like Pokemon Trainer or Zero Suit Samus: "Oh wow, I was hoping they'd do that but now that they did 'oh well'" Then, two weeks later.. BAM! "Wow, that is really a cool idea. How'd I miss that the first time? It's freakin Krystal. In Brawl!" Her staff fighting would be unique, and her outfit could easily be pulled from Command to match Fox's. And considering her VA accidentally let it slip she's in Brawl in some form, well... We'll just have to wait and see.
Claus -- Spoilers aside, he could be more than just a Lucas clone. Seriously. There's a reason he's so requested, you know.
Barbara -- Daigassou! Band Brothers DS never saw release in the States, and that's a downright shame. Barbara and her band would make a fun addition to the DS library over here. But... how about, instead of that, we put them in Brawl, to make up for somethings? Barbara could hover like Peach, hit enemies with her guitar, or bust out a soothing melody to lull enemies to sleep. There's a lot of fun, and musical, possibilities for a character like this.
Lily Flyer/Princia Ramode -- Another F-Zero rep isn't a given, but it would be nice. And my nominees? Either of these two lovely ladies from F-Zero GX. They're newbies to the franchise, but offer some sweet potential for original movesets in a Smash setting. Lily, an ex-soldier, and Princia, a magical princess, both have a little something to bring to the table. And besides: more chicks is a good thing, right?
Villager (female) -- Axe, Shovel, Slingshot, Fishing Rod, Net, Leaves that turn into furniture, Beehives, Fruit, Fruit that grows into tree obstacles... There's some amusing options for an AC character to have if included in-game. I'm not too too crazy about it, but it's a fun idea and I could see it. And, if it is done, it would be the girl villager. Why? Because she's in the anime and, once again, more girls=good.
Mike -- Now we've entered "YOU WISH!" territory. The Star Tropics games are widely forgotten, and for no real good reason. Hopefully when they do reappear on the Virtual Console, people will appreciate their chocolatey goodness because they were, truthfully, solid games. Mike, in my mind, would be another Link-style character. He could fight with some many random items and moves that it would truly take skill to successfully integrate all of them into a playstyle. But, more than that, Mike would be a good answer to all the Japan-Only content in the game. What? A North America-Only character? Darn tootin', my friends. And that is reason enough to include the dude.
Captain Syrup -- If Mario gets a villain, why can't Wario? Greedier than Wario (maybe; it's up for debate), Captain Syrup would enter the fray with some leet pirate skillz. Cannons, sabers, a blunderbuss, summoning her crew (Dangerous Duck! :3)... She could have a lot of things at her disposal. Syrup... What a fantastic character to revive, for similar reasons to Geno. Think of the implications! The effects this could have on the Marioverse! *dreams wonderful dreams*
THIRD PARTY *I could have included so many more, but alas: my list would be too long. These are the three that, if all else fails, I kind of expect in the game. Note I dissed Pac Man and some other biggies. Not really sure why, I just don't like them much. It is my list, after all.
Mega Man -- C'MON! Is there any need for explanation? It's freakin' MEGA MAN
Bonk -- Hudson, which now belongs to Konami, has been on its knees for Nintendo for quite some time now. Question is, will she ever learn to stand up for herself? Oh... ho ho.. oh... Anyways, Hudson's main man has always been Bonk, and the PC Kid could use some more game time. Considering his snub in Dreammix TV, this is the perfect opportunity to butt heads with some gaming greats (and way greater than... what.. That kid from Beyblade? Seriously?). Bonk doesn't really have a lot of moves to call on for a moveset, which is a major drawback, but maybe he could have a moveset that focuses on his ability to "evolve" between forms. Butthead Bonk, Thief Bonk, Kronkzilla, etc. I'm sure Sakurai and Co. can create SOMETHING workable.
Simon Belmont -- Another character that, to me, seems impossible to not discuss. Granted Westerners put more weight on Simon than the rest of the world, considering he's not really THAT big of a deal in Castlevania lore (Trevor, Alucard, and Soma are way bigger deals), but Simon strikes a special chord with me. I mean... I grew up with the guy. I watched him fight Dracula, fight Dracula again, the somehow die without me really ever knowing WHY he died, and then my devastation when he returned as a red-headed bishonen PUNK. But, alas, Simon Belmont is a cool idea and you know it. Vampire Killer whip and all.
And that, guys, was my last half-hour. In a nutshell XD

All hail Walrus, all hail Flip. You guys have everything I want. I agree with just about everything you guys said. Your my kings! And Flip I loved Ganondorf as a clone, loved him. But all my friends really wanted his sword.(some even though there was a way to secretly use his sword.)
