I don't know, I only going say JP is in the game until I see JP in the game.

He basically did codec convos for EVERY character in the game. You'd think he'd know what characters are in the game or not. I don't think he'd easily confuse Jigglypuff with Kirby (which would only be by appearance, really) considering he probably had to constantly get each codec convo right until it was perfect, perhaps saying Jigglypuff's name constantly (or perhaps it being spoken to him constantly by whoever's giving info on Jigglypuff). |

Considering he said he has no idea what Pikachu's voice sounds like, and he'd like to beat up the Pokémon... I think we can assume he's not a Pokémon fan. So, then, would he even know the name "Jigglypuff" if he hadn't had to read it while recording his lines?
I guessing not. So I choose to assume Jigglypuff is in.
Also - David Hayter is awesome.

I think this has just made me hate Snake again (Not because he slipped jigglypuff, but for his selection of characters that he would like to beat up). Thats it I'm no longer approve the idea of Snake in Brawl  ... |
