You can change the color of your character by pressing buttons on the character-selection screen!
This is one of the many joys of Smash. This time, each character has about six different color variations. We’ve added Fire Mario to the selection. He’s white! Is this Yeti DK? What’s this?! Dark Link?! The Fusion Suit is a must. The Dark Fox. That’s pretty cool. Th-those... I’ve seen those before somewhere... This is the Zelda of old. Golden colors and fallen angel colors. Hmm... These are the colors of an ordinary soldier. Snake changed his camouflage!The end result is a great wealth of varieties, so I hope you’ll all find your favorite color combinations. |

Zelda with black dress and white hair = AWESOMENESS.
I have a feeling there will be alot of awesome costumes in this game. I'm particularly eager to see the alt. costumes/colors for Trainer and his Pokemon.

All these updates would had been great if the E for All demo never existed. Now I'm feeling that new material is far far from being shown. 2 months extra to fill with daily updates must be a difficult task to do.

Hahahahaha, I think somebody jokingly called this update.
Anyway it seems there's a lot of dark versions of characters this time around. And I guess that black Fox suit is the 'Wolf costume' that people mentioned seeing in the demo.

Well I laughed when I saw the title of this update, seeing how so many had been predicting that it would come this week.
It's nice to also see some character that wern't shown at E for All as well.
I know the hat Pikachu is wearing is Red's but which Trainers do the bandana and goggle's come from. (I knew Pichu wore goggle's in SSBM but he did not wear a bandana).
Dark Link looks amazing but I'm saddened about Fusion suit Samus, I though it would be the actual suit not just the colour placement of the blue anf yellow. That trophy from that press conference got my hopes up.
But it's still a nice update.

....Where's the sly mention of alternate costumes? I've been waiting for this update thinking it would hint at those, but alas, nothing.
Some nice pictures there. I really like the Fusion suit look for Samus.

Woah, nice finds! Never noticed the clever Water Temple reference...
And could this mean that for other characters, their weapons get makeovers too?
EDIT: On closer inspection...it looks more like Dark Fox's gun is in the process of opening up to shoot, while normal Fox's is just being pulled out...and they aren't different.

Does this mean that Wario won't get his normal outfit as a option? Anyway, I'm loving the Fire Mario and Dark Link outfits, but I'm also not too keen on DK's white fur. It just seems so wrong to me. Oh, and the Fusion suit kicks serious arse! |

Yeah, we've seen Fox's gun transforming and bits coming out before in a video.
I quite like this update! Nice that they've upped the number of costumes, but haven't quite shown them all yet ;D
