Never even knew this game existed before now...but that's some bitchin' music. Would definitely be awesome on Lylat Cruise.
I'm very, very happy with the soundtrack selection so far. Many of my favorite game themes ever made the cut... Dark World from LttP, Bramble Blast from DKC2, the Ending theme from SMW, Revenge of Metaknight from Superstar...

This is a cool update. So Sakurai put in the music from X just because he likes it.... kinda like when he put in Dr. Mario as a playable character just because he liked his music. Well, I hope this means Dr. Mario is not playable again (waste of character slot, IMO) and he can still put in Dr. Mario's music in Brawl.

By the way, the dude who arranged this song is Yusuke Takahama, apparently responsible for the Digital Pinball series. He's also the guy who arranged "Metroid Boss Battle: Ridley Fight" for Brawl. Ah, that might explain why I dug it so much - I loved the Ridley remix. And I like this a lot, too.  |

And yet Dr. Mario fans, and at least one person on this board, were still arguing that he could be in Brawl so Sakurai could use Dr. Mario music again. And this clinches that it's not the case. True, but it seems someone has said something alone the lines of what you said a bazillion times. Not in this thread! |
