I'll just say this. It doesn't deconfirm Mewtwo or Pichu. The stickers are only for characters tied to the SSE, so if they are not involved, they don't get stickers. So that may be the case here. But my point is, why would a character like Mewtwo not be represented in SSE? He's too awesome to pass up! Guys, I know it's disappointing, but you're gonna have to face the facts. Though, if Mewtwo does end up playable, I give you permission to laugh at me. It isn't a bad line of thinking. I'm just playing devils advocate. It's something we can not prove so it think we'll have to leave it agt that and move on. |

Again, I see no facts to face. There IS no fact outside of Ness, Lucario and Jiggs being back. Mewtwo's status is up in the air, and we do not know what is in the cards yet. Who knows what limits Sakurai put on the SSE? He did say everyone is involved in the SSE, but things can change. Perhaps that was why the game was delayed, to add in that one last character that needed just another week of programming to slide in before shipping out the game. Maybe Mewtwo wasn't fully programmed when the movie was made? We have no idea when that clip was put together. Maybe they didn't build his icon yet. Maybe he's not attached to that sticker. Maybe he is not in the game. We honestly don't know the answer to that as of right now, and until Brawl is shipped next Tuesday, we probably won't.
If I'm wrong, then I apologize for my rants. But I don't see this being anything that equals solid evidence that Mewtwo is out. There's just too many tangents for this to lead down to pick just one as the right one to me. I've said my final piece on the matter, and I do hope that you don't hate me, Teev. *offers cookies*

Before this argument goes any further, let's examine what we know:
1. It is a fact that Ness and Jigglypuff are returning.
2. It is a fact that Lucario is a new character.
3. It is reasonable to assume, though definitely not confirmed, that Mewtwo is no longer playable.
That's all we know. Again, people are arguing over a point that neither side can confirm. As it looks like one sticker can be used on only the Pokemon characters, and there's no Mewtwo, maybe he's not in the game. However, the other arguments are also quite convincing:
1. Mewtwo might not have a role in the SSE (despite what has been said, Sakurai did NOT say all characters would be involved - only that MOST unlockable characters would be unlocked through the SSE).
2. Mewtwo might simply not be available for that sticker (no reason this can't be the case - we've only known about the stickers since last Friday, and we're not 100% sure how it'll all work).
So let it rest for another few days and we'll find out for sure.

...or, whoever it was that 'leaked' this left out / removed Mewtwo for some crazy reason to make fanboys go bonkers. Hell, if I was in charge, I would totally do something like that.  |
