I just watched that video again, Teev (both on YouTube and Wii.com), and neither one had the icons.
People on MFGG are saying they've screencapped the movie, but there's no saying they edited it afterwards...

I'm keeping all of my thoughts on the matter in this thread because it's messy trying to go back and forth.
This YooToob video shows the stickers with the icons for only certain characters (around 4:14). Furthermore, the forum members on Something Awful are claiming to have seen it...and, ironically, I trust them more than any other forum I know about, because they know what true serious business is.
I dunno. This is all crazy, and knowing that it won't get solved for ages is gonna drive me batty.

They are on there. I also checked the Japanese site. You have to slow the video down to see the icons, they come by very quickly.

Taken straight from 4chan's /v/This is true. I have looked at the video and it is indeed in there(one from TV Eye's link). It's at 4:20 and ends about 4:22, 4:23. I found this from /v/ and no one said it's fake. If it's fake, at least one person would have said "Damn OP" or "Fake" or "0/10". The consencist is that it's real. (NOTE:Don't use YouTube. It has only appeared as of last Friday).

They are on there. I also checked the Japanese site. You have to slow the video down to see the icons, they come by very quickly. They are VERY fast. It's best to constantly hit play/pause. They are also in the youtube video. Pic. |
