Metal Gear, if returning, would have Old Snake and probably a stage involving the Middle East. Doubtful. Since it's not on a Nintendo system, they probably wont use it. They'll go with something from the gamecube game. As for the dialect Kim Mai Guest uses for Mei Ling, it's the Twin Snakes one. But that's common continuity now. I know there are trophies from the PS games but the stage and codecs reflect the GC one, aside from the MGS2 style shown in the E3 trailer. The codecs reflect the Playstation one, dude. Or else it'd say "AUX CALL PRESS START AND A" There's little else for Nintendo-related MGS stuff. If we're gonna go too far we'll have Snowfield with Sniper Wolf aiming at us in Fourlee but I expect the Middle East. Stage reflects MGS, MGS2, MGS4, and Twin Snakes. It's once again mixed. There is nothing purely Twin Snakes except Gray Fox (in the English version anyways, in Japan I believe the Portable Ops voice of Null does the lines when we get lines Rob Paulson did)

That's weird, they had David Haytor do both Naked Snake and Solid Snake, why couldn't they get Greg Eagles to do Null?

Greg Eagles didn't do Frank Jaeger in Twin Snakes, dunno why. Yet he returned to do the DARPA Chief. Rob Paulson did him in Twin Snakes, those lines were carried to Brawl.
Japan did not get the lines from MGS1 I THINK, unsure. SOmeone said the Japanese actor for the Portable Ops voice of Null did it, and it couldn't be new lines from the original actor because he passed on.
If you mean why didn't Eagles do Null in Portable Ops... prolly cause Naked and Solid are both around the same age physically when the games occur. Isn't Null like a teenager in MPO?

Isn't Null like a teenager in MPO? Good point. And yes, that's what I meant

Imagine you went through a portal to a parallel universe, where you were the same, but everyone else was different. .... and what if you couldn't find your way home? DO DO DO. DO DO DO. DO DO DO DE DE DOOOOOO. Oh I do love Sliders. I remember reading a post in the SSB board here. He said something being thankful what we got in Brawl and not be upset about what we didn't get in Brawl. It went something like this: Isaac in, SSE out Krystal in, Trophies out Ridley in, Stickers out Takamaru in, CDs out Dr. Mario in, ATs out ... and so on. And it would make Brawl suck. Its funny that it wouldn't be like that at all... it would be like this: Dixie Kong in, Sonic out Mewtwo in, Green Hill Zone out Dr. Mario in, Sonic-related Stickers out Toon Zelda / Tetra in, Sonic-related Trophies out Plusle & Minun in, Sonic-related CDs out Roy in, Sonic's role in SSE out We would have everything like we already have in Brawl minus Sonic and Sonic-related contents and we would have 6 extra characters for a total of 40 characters plus a few extra content involving them. About like that except that Dixie Kong, Mewtwo, Dr. Mario, Toon Zelda/Tetra, Plusle & Minun, and Roy would be clones of Diddy Kong, Lucario, Mario, Zelda/Sheik, Pikachu x2, and Marth respectfully, and we would loudly complain about them being clones. For all the dislike you might have for Sonic, at least he has an original moveset. And he is in his right place as an Assist Trophy. But besides Tingle, who else is an iconic Zelda Character? Not Midna or Skull Kid, that's for sure. I'd say Dark Link but he's already an alternate costume. Actually, I think Sonic deserved his place in Brawl more than all of the lost seven, merely because, well... I like Sonic more. Old Genesis and Dreamcast Sonic, of which the Sonic in Brawl is mostly based off of. I was just pointing out that Sakurai came up with all of the characters in 2006 besides Sonic, who was decided on one year later. Logically, the characters who were decided on in 2006 included the lost seven, otherwise there would not be code for them in the game. However, something must've happened for them to drop the characters, of which, Sonic is the most likely candidate, since logically the group that does fighter design would be the ones to design both the lost seven AND Sonic. My points are logical and work under Occam's razor. There COULD be a completely different reason, yes. But the evidence we have point directly to the lost seven being dumped for Sonic the Hedgehog, not that there is anything wrong with that. Now Dixie Kong and Tetra could appear in SSB4 with unique movesets, and we could salvage Mewtwo. And then throw in Krystal and Geno and two retro characters, and whatever new Pokemon and Fire Emblem Lord they want to pimp, as well as one or two more third-party characters. That's about ten characters right there. I do think everyone in Brawl will return, even Snake and Sonic. Those wouldn't be changed much in SSB4, since, in Brawl, they are at their most iconic. Even Shadow Moses and Green Hill Zone are iconic for the franchises as levels. I figure we will just have new versions of Shadow Moses and Green Hill Zone.

Hmm, well, for the next game, I'd like a better stage builder with more decorations and stuff, and a larger edit bar.
Some more unique Japane only characters like Demille from Tomato Adventure, and maiby more 3rd part characters would be fun. Some balanced playable versions of the bosses would be very fun! Even if they are big, some of them could be shrunk down. (Afterall, Porky was'nt that big in MOTHER3, and Ridley was roughly the same size as Samus in Metroid1), also, it would be fun if ALL of the old fighters would return, except Young-Link, because Toon-Link and Young-Link are basically the same, except that Toon-Link is more interesting than Young Link...
Being able to use any theme on any level would be fun.
And creating custom fighters would be fun, using parts and stuff from many characters and giving them attacks and abilities would be very fun.
Lucas should be given more unique moves, but keeping his normal attacks and his PK-Freeze, but gaining more of his own moves, and adding Kumatora to take on Lucas's special moves and FinalSmash. Oh, and Lucas should have PK-Love as his FinalSmash...
Hmmm, The return of the N64 levels would be awesome, because HyruleCastle was a great level!
Hmmm, the Adventure could have more famous bosses in...
EDIT:
Oh, and maiby a playable Gardevoir and Krystal...

Oh, and maiby a playable Gardevoir and Krystal... I let your Demille fetish pass, but Gardevoir? Come on. You serious?

..and custom fighters? Get serious, man! That's less likely than Demille even showing up!
