Here's crossing my fingers, though, for Mona, Syrup, and 9-Volt to appear in Tennis and Golf for Wii. They're the only ones that haven't been "updated" or hit their "one per console" quota on the Wii. The only ones that haven't been "updated"? or hit their one per console quota? sorry for the ignorance, but can you explain that sentence to my dysfunctional brain, it caught my interest as soon as I saw it. There's always ever one Mario Golf title per console. Same for Tennis and all the other sports titles. We've already got Mario Kart, Soccer and Baseball out of the way, so there's really only Tennis and Golf to go.

Camelot basically follows what Nintendo's doing as far as rosters go. What? Since when? Wasn't it Camelot that introduced Waluigi? Hell, they even had DK Jr. as a character in Mario Tennis for the 64!

They also brought back from the darkness Daisy and Birdo, if it weren't for the introduction of the babies on the spin offs series I would be eternally thankfull of Camelot take on the series (unlike Hudson who gave us playable Boo, and Blooper, and created Koopa Kid).
Still I think that the reason of why so many DK characters in Mario Sluggers its because they already have their 3D models done, so until someone makes a 3D model of Syrup or any of the Wario Ware crew guy, I don't think we will see them in the Spin offs.

Didn't they make 3D models of Kat & Ana for Brawl?

Reply to SAMaine:
well yeah, they also made a 3d model for Mona in Mega Party Game$ although obviously not as good as Kat and Ana's brawl models, and yeah, I'm hoping alright that they come in any of the left over titles.

Camelot basically follows what Nintendo's doing as far as rosters go. So I would expect Rosalina and Funky to pop up in the next Tennis/Golf before Syrup, K. Rool, or Kritter. lol no And just for the record, because I'm bored - new additions to rosters since Super Mario Kart (not including non-Nintendo characters) (regularly appearing characters since their debut marked with a *) Kart - Wario*, DK*, Baby Luigi*, King Boo*, Toadette*, ROB, Baby Peach, Baby Daisy, Funky, Rosalina, Dry Bowser Party - Koopa Kid, Dry Bones*, Blooper, Mii Golf - Baby Mario* Metal Mario, Bowser Jr*, Diddy*, Petey Pirahna*, Shadow Mario Tennis - Birdo*, Boo*, Daisy*, Paratroopa, Shy Guy, Waluigi*, Fly Guy, Wiggler Baseball - Monty Mole, Pianta, Noki, Toadsworth, Magikoopa, Dixie, Goomba, Paragoomba, Hammer Bro Strikers - Kritter Hoops - none Vs Sonic - none Note: Does not include this new Mario baseball, because I can't be bothered. Kart has the most, but combining the two Camelot sports games gives you the highest number of characters, and the highest number of reccuring ones to boot.

The game will be called "Wario Land: Shake it!" in the USA, and will be released there on September 29th. Source: themushroomkingdom.net/board/index.php?topic=11864So we now have: Japan: July 24 (Shake) Europe: September 26 (Shake Dimension) USA: September 29 (Shake it!) Australia still unknown (Shake Dimension). Smashchu's hopes for the US release didn't come true.

You know what, Flip? It seems as if Nintendo runs out of characters to add in Mario spin-off games, they bring in generic Mario enemies before they bring in spin-off characters from Yoshi series, DK series, and Wario series. When they are exhausted of these series, they bring back obscure characters from these franchises. Birdo and Daisy came back in Mario Tennis (N64). Pauline came back in Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2. Tiny Kong came back in Diddy Kong Racing DS. Captain Syrup will be back in Wario Land Shake. How long do you think it will take before Nintendo cracks and brings back Donkey Kong Jr., Stanley, Wart, Tatanga, Foreman Spike, Wanda, Boshi, and the Koopalings? They can always go for the other route where they make up evil versions, female versions, and baby versions of existing characters. That's how we got Waluigi, Toadette, and Baby Daisy. I wonder how long before Nintendo decide to scrap from the barrel and make up undead versions of existing characters.... we got Dry Bowser, why stop there?
