I just noticed there's a Splash Woman in the line of Robot Masters. Robots are genderless machines so it's probably just a robot with tits.

I find it strange that there is only one female robot master, why not make two or three or make all them female this Time. By having just one it makes her a strange exception to the rule, unless, Dr. Willy nabbed Roll and reprogrammed her.

I'm with Fry on this one. It's damn amazing they went for the retro look, but will this feel like a worthy purchase? Honestly I was expecting a classic Mega Man game but with all the features I've come to expect from 7, 8, and Bass. Like somebody on Kotaku said, "With the damn NES graphics, it better be a damn five bucks!"

So here's hoping for either a five dollar NEW NES game (like we kept hearing them say they could do on the Wii) or a really expansive entry to the series that just happens to use the old-style graphics and format. There was a rumor alongside all this other stuff, which proved true, that the game DID have online tournaments, rankings, etc. So I doubt it's just a flat out Mega game. It can't be.

Im hoping that the gave will have expanded animations and effects, just like four Swords or MOTHER3 If the game just has that I would be a happy camper.

I'm hoping this little decision spawns an entire line of "NES games that never were". It's like taking ROM hacks and making them official material. A real dream come true.

The same could even apply to SNES or N64. The new Pokemon ranch looks like it could fit with the former, y'know.

I kinda find this as negative thinking, here. Do breasts really define what makes a woman? If that's the case, Zero is more of a girl than Roll, because the former has his own set of mammaries while the latter does not. I mean, sure, boobs are all good fun, I'm all in favor of that, but there's more to the fairer sex than their chests.

Yes, but it's a robot. So if it needs to come across as a woman it will probably have stereotypical womanly features: long hair, hugeass eyelashes or just huge knockers. It's creepy eitherway if Wily went out of his way to add this to a robot designed to take over the city/kill Megaman.
I like Flint's idea of Roll reprogrammed, it would also make sorta sense.

Then I'll just stop and point out that there have been gender-ambiguous female bosses in Megaman gaming history, 'cause nobody seems ready to accept the opposite, and post awesome art of Leviathan from Megaman Zero.
