Someone on NicoNico uploaded the ending: MASSIVE SPOILERS, SERIOUSLY The Last Night of the Falling Star (part 1)The Last Night of the Falling Star (part 2)Ending AEnding BMASSIVE SPOILER DETAILS: The endgame is triggered as soon as you grant the 9th wish. The sky turns red and Mimin Island begin to crumble apart. After some of Hikari's angst, you find a stash of 19 Kirarin and a scene at the shrine gives you the 20th one. Three stars are formed and fall one at a time. After doing two rounds, the last one is Hikari.
Once you reach the shrine with Hikari, the Shadows start covering the island completely. A scene is scripted so that you're Rainbow when the star asks for the wish, and instead of the decision, Hikari asks to grant Nick's wish instead of hers. Of course you refuse (well, I don't think many people would choose "Yes"). I can't read Japanese, so I can only guess, but it seems she asks for a kiss. Here, the story can split:
Press A as prompted: Rainbow leans in and closes his eyes. Hikari then knocks him out and sends him off as the Shadows reach the spot. Some time later, Nick is back in Mameruka and being the hero everybody loves, though he misses the island. Credits roll.
Press B: Rainbow knocks Hikari out with the yoyo and sends her off. The Shadows surround him and then the bracelet shines and they're gone. Next morning, Nick is moping on the beach when suddenly, everybody is back. Credits roll, and this time there's an after scene.Say, is Chibi Robo's staff roll him walking against a cutout city landscape while the cast crosses by? Because both Chulip and CR use that. |

Ok, I saw the first 5 seconds. According to 2ch it takes 2 wishes to get the Trailer House. I also know that something major happens when 9 wishes have been granted... But, if 9 wishes end the game...does that mean I won't be getting the records of the remaining characters? I've got Drake and Hikari's record so that leaves 10 characters...  2ch says that after you used the records in-game you can listen to them in the title screen gallery any time...So, I should create another save file where I grant the wishes of 3 islanders (the ones I'll be leaving for last in my main game) to complete the gallery?  And what if I delete that file? Would the gallery stuff disappear?  And what's that talk about a " second round" ? (wtf) And will I really get nothing if I catch all animals? Should I keep Mappo around in case he gives me his record for catching all animals? >_>; <_<; >_< |

Say, is Chibi Robo's staff roll him walking against a cutout city landscape while the cast crosses by? Because both Chulip and CR use that. No, Chibi-Robo's credits roll while showing scenes that tie up the story (alien tech being used to power all the Chibi-Robos in the land, preventing the energy crisis announced earlier in the game). I'm keen to know how long anyone who has played this game thinks it pans out to, and were there any other character references aside from the ones announced in the videos or pre-release website? |

I see. But we still don't know if Giftipia's credits match something! Second round? I guess you can save after the credits and continue with your file, though only after the True End, otherwise the island wouldn't be there anymore. |

GiFTPiA's credits...it's all fuzzy*. I don't even remember what the ending was like. I really need to replay it. *no it's not "fuzzy", I can't remember a thing  ... I got the Trailer House by granting a second wish. I played Drake's EP on the jukebox and the theme was in English.  I liked the jpn theme better. There's also a juice dispenser, a cork board where letters from the people that left the island (and Hikari) are posted, a bed, and a toilet (for saving). As Rainbow, you can also push the Trailer House to other places.  And as I move the trailer near the Koban, I notice that Birdo's mirror is in jail.  Another question to test my "deductive skills" then...I choose "fraud"... Haha, Mappo arrested the mirror because there was no way Birdo could be looking at her own hideous face for so long unless the mirror deceived her. ;D My deductive skills have reached Lv3. No idea what that means. ... So, I granted Tracy's wish in one of the save files to get her record+letter and to see what that F Soldier will do when he finds out he can not go on "top secret" missions in Tracy's bedroom. Oh,  . |

Man, i really want this game, its like and entire game about Mojoras Mask “Bombers Notebook“ (so where Chibirobo and posibly Giftpia, but this seems so much complex and open ended)

Yeah, that's pretty much the idea. Also, Majora's Mask is awesome. I have 1 PAL copy, one sealed jpn copy, one brand new jpn copy+exp pak and a used jpn copy + exp pak. Yes, I liked it.  ... So, I copied my C★R data to the SD card to test something. I deleted the file where I had granted Little Mac's wish and sure enough his Gallery entry vanished. There are 13 slots in the Gallery, so that must include Nick and Hikari. I suppose that their slots will be filled after the happy ending. Also, ;D @ the C★R data. It had a disclaimer; "This super hero is not cool." |

I followed the F Soldier into Tracy's bedroom. He rubbed himsef all over the sheets for a while and then left.

I'll be kicking him and his comrades off the island after I've watched Hikari's new kamishibai. She has a new kamishibai episode ready for each wish you grant. She won't play them on days that she trains under the waterfall. I think.

I really should find a way to record Wii footage, at least audio. Little Mac's theme (Asatte no jou) is so awesome.  Someone has uploaded it on nicovideo but it's not exactly a high fidelity recording. www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm4542019I granted Drake's wish (he wanted to learn the distinction between justice and evil). He left another record behind, a non-vocal version of his theme. The Gallery plays the English theme though. Overall, I can't help but think that Drake Redcrest was an afterthought, not much better than a cameo. Might explain why they waited so long to tell us he's in the game. Fun though. There was an earthquake when I was talking to Hikari after granting Drake's wish. ~ This video looks very nice. Shows Rainbow's long henshin sequence. |
