Technically the same goes with many Nintendo series, so this isn't the first time I felt this way.

So, I've granted 7 wishes on one of my files. Mimin Island seems to be dying, and there's seismic activity on the mornings after I've granted a wish. The island BGM has changed. It rained on the Starfall Night too, disabling Nick's rainbow powers. I had to run across the island as Nick with all the Shadows coming after me. >_< I got a Cheep Cheep today. I only need one fish (the elusive Gessō) to complete the "Book", but I'm not sure what I need to catch it. Some say that it has to be night and that Nick needs Fish Power* too. But others claim to have caught it in daylight with no Fish Power. Maybe I need to grant one more wish before I can catch Gessō. Most Mimin are gone, probably dead. Hikari is taking care of the remaining few. I tried to murder them with the yo-yo, but she beat the crap out of Rainbow till he turned into Nick.  *There are 3 boxes in Hikari's jinja. You can only open one per day. If you get Fish Power it makes fishing easier, I think. |

The elusive Gessō is Blooper from the Mario series, of course  This game sounds more awesome every time you post. Come oooon confirmed PAL release!! We're waiting for you!! |

Could you tell how much Cheep Cheeps (Pukupuku) and Bloopers (Gessō) do resemble their Mario series counterparts? Any images? Are there any more minor Mario creatures (like the Piranha Plant) appearing in the game? Glad to read that there are even more than Birdo and the plant.  |

Err, I didn't know that Gessō was jpn for Blooper.  ;;;; Darn, it's on that wikipedia page too. >_>;;; The Cheep Cheep looked pretty normal. I needed Fish Power to get that. I don't know what Blooper is like, since I haven't caught one yet. |

Blooper get! And all I got was a lousy notice on Mappo's public notice board. He wasn't joking when he said nothing would happen...
I've granted 8 wishes now. The Mimim are almost extinct, there's only 6 left and they seem to be dying. I guess the next wish will trigger some sort of cataclysmic event.

Could you take pictures of Cheep Cheep and Blooper, please? Because I would like to upload them in MarioWiki (I'd give you credits, needlees to say). But, of course, ONLY if you have time for that and really want to take those pictures!

Thanks nonetheless, your hard work on translating and informing us about Captain Rainbow is already matchless! Even so, could you tell what that Piranha Plant does in the game? Is there only the single one in Lip's garden or are there even more? |
