I used your link with &fmt=18, but there is no difference for some reason. EDIT: By the way, does anybody know why the Mappo Gallery got much more views than any other gallery (over 600 views so far)? Ironically, Mappo is the only character who was never seen in a game released in the west, but his gallery is the most popular?! |

Thanks for answer. I used your link with &fmt=18, but there is no difference for some reason.  The difference should be perfectly visible, I think. You can even read the tiny たたみのグローブ note when watching in HQ. @8bitretrogloopy; Yes, that's the gallery theme. |

Er, as far as I know, the tick is there since over a month. I wouldn't rely too much on that list, they still list Super Mario RPG as "TBC", too. But it's at least a small piece of hope... |

I have some questions: What's the reason behind Ossan's "rubbing"? Is it really what it looks like? What are those two bulges in his pants (near the spot he rubs)? Golf balls in reserve? I still don't know what the Piranha Plant does in the game. And how are the total sales figures of Captain Rainbow in Japan as of now? BTW, I noticed on Nintendo Japan's website that the site for the Game Boy version of Golf doesn't feature Mario, either, though Mario is on the western box art. There are just generic humans. Maybe the Mario in Golf issue was created for the western market? However, the sprites in GB Golf do closely resemble Mario. www.nintendo.co.jp/n02/dmg/goa/index.htmlOh, and it's very nice to see that Nintendo Japan keeps all the sites for the old games. NoA just deleted everything what isn't DS or Wii.  NoE still keeps at least the content for N64, GCN, GBC and GBA games. |

Yeah, we knew about that. But I really think you're confusing "The West" with "America". I still think Europe could get this game. On another note, Edge has rated the game 7/10. Not bad for Edge! Higher than Mega Man 9!  |

That's known since months. I don't think it'll get a release in the US, because of its content, but I still think it has a chance for Europe, even if only a low one. NoE isn't that restrictive in terms of sexual and religous content, they also released Devil World (with Christian icons) and Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland here. Haven't played the Tingle game, but I read that this game also has sexual innuendos (it was rated 12+ by PEGI). Speaking of Tingle's Rupeeland, this game needed even a year to hit Europe, so I won't give up the hope for Captain Rainbow as yet. |

Yeah, there was a little bit of innuendo in Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland, mostly involving Pinkle. Oh, and the thrusty dance moves of the builders ;D

According to VG Chartz... vgchartz.com/games/game.php?id=24655®ion=All...the game has sold about 10000 copies in Japan so far. Jesus. What's the reason? The game was promoted by the Nintendo Channel, got a good rating from Famitsu, is as quirky as many Japanese games are, is filled with a lot of references for experienced Nintendo fans. I don't understand. *still not giving up the hope* |
