We ain't gettin' shit from Nintendo ;D The Wii will have moar shovelware, and the DSi will have new apps...because I really want a tooth-brushing gauge on my system, or whatever useless shit it'll have next.
Which is why I'm looking forward to what the 360 has to offer and why I'm banking my E3 euphoria on Microsoft.
Oh wait, I can't forget about the Wii Motion Sensor Plus! Because nothing is more awesome than having to pay to improve a shitty motion-detection system when it's something Nintendo ought to fix for free. Cuz it's not like it's my fault my system can't tell my wiggle from my waggle.

Yeah, despite E3 going 'back to its roots' I'm expecting Nintendo's conference to be another boring chart marathon like the previous bunch. Maybe a small glimpse of that new Mario or Pikmin game they're working on, but I'm not gonna bother watching it LIVE this time around.

If it were an ideal world, Nintendo'd announce either a new Star Fox game or a new F-Zero game. Unfortunately we don't, which means we're gonna get some crappy, casual game that'll be nothing special.
Just like last year.

Admittly the only causal game that is bound to appear is Wii Fit Plus. Unless you count Wii Sports Resort as casual. Also don't forget about the 3rd party games. Remember GTA:CW was announced last year, also we have two new titles from High Voltage Software (developer of the Wii FPS The Conduit) playable at the event and who knows what other surprises are waiting in store, we have to get annoucements about WarioWare Me and possibly the first DSi exclusive games. And finally to make you guys slightly happy, remember how bad E3 2003 was* (focus was on GCN-GBA connectivity and Pac-Man VS . . . Yeahhh) then came E3 2004. If a bad event happens then we should only be able to get a better event than that later.

I'm hoping (really, really hoping) that Nintendo does SOMETHING that I have some sort of interest in. However, I'm aware that Nintendo is not quite the same as they were back in the GC days, and I wouldn't be surprised if nothing was revealed that I wanted...like LAST YEAR. We'll just have to see.

It's worth noting that even if Nintendo does have something we're interested in up their sleeve, it won't be shown here (at least not prominently). Wii Fit Plus and Wii Sports Resorts are likely to be their big titles shown here.

We're never going to see a console installment of F-Zero ever again, guys. I think it's time to face up to that fact. XD The series has never sold particularly well, and given Nintendo's current target audience, it wouldn't be surprising if the franchise got dropped almost entirely. Which is funny, since the company seems to be intent on taking risks with things revived in Brawl, like Punch Out!, Sin and Punishment, and Kid Icarus. Of course I could be wrong about F-Zero, but I'm 97% positive I'm right. XD and yeah, I'm sure Wii Fit Plus and Wii Sports Resort (which is a very casual gaming title) will be the center of Nintendo's focus. As well as graphs and charts and pictures of dogs playing the damn console. That one lady - I don't remember her name but she reminds me a lot of Sarah Palin - who spazzed out last year or the year before about how she got her (insert family member(s) here) to play the Wii and loves playing it herself would probably come out with something as ludicrous as dog-playing-Wii. Much like this, only more accurate to the comic!

Wow. You're right, TEi! XD I never realized that, but I would completely agree. Hopefully she won't come off that way this year.

I beg that a Western release of Made in Ore will finally be confirmed, whatever the release date is. If it never hits my region (which is unlikely I hope), this will be the second WarioWare I have to import (first one being Twisted). Other titles I would like to play have recently passed my region (Captain Rainbow, Mario Super Sluggers), please not this one, too...

Oops. Looks like being in Europe isn't funny at all.
I hope for a day where one single version of system / games can be applied worldwide - not having a Nintendo subsidiary cancelling something just because they think the audience don't want it.

Oops. Looks like being in Europe isn't funny at all. Well, at least we got Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland. ;D Anyway, it's no match to the time a decade ago. We often get Nintendo's games in the same time or even earlier than America nowadays, and while some games are released in America but not in Europe (and Australia), the opposite is also the case, as it was with Tingle. Well, Rainbow had no chance with its bad sales, and Sluggers... baseball is niche in Europe, but the prequel was also released over here, so... In the meantime, Japan laughs at the whole West.

Remember, WarioWare: Twisted not getting released in Europe wasn't Nintendo's choice, it was because of the whole Mercury in the rotation sensor issue, which some European guideline doesn't find safe.

Yay, I know. But Yoshi's Universal Gravitation (Topsy-Turvy) seemed to use a different sensor, otherwise it wouldn't be released in Europe.
