Only reason I can think of this guy wanting the game to be a Nintendo game would be that Yuu could be in the next Smash Bros.
...Dear Lord.

Nah only Third Party characters get in. And Yuu is a No Party Character.

He didn't want Nintendo to bloody publish it. He wanted a developer kit, which all companies have to get to... do something that results in it being published. That's ALL he wanted from Nintendo.

Sounds a lot like me actually. I would do the same, minus the "yuu".

Only reason I can think of this guy wanting the game to be a Nintendo game would be that Yuu could be in the next Smash Bros. ...Dear Lord. So he comes up with the original game idea on the GBA in 2003, then transfers to the NDS after seeing it in 2004, and works on it for a bunch of years up until late 2008 . . . all with the intention of getting it in Smash Bros with 3rd party characters invloved (when SSBB was announced at E3 2006 to do that). That really doesn't make sence, with you think about it, he never even said that as well. All he was aiming for was to make the longest/largest game made by a single person which is actually an accomplishment/record that I don't beilieve even exists . . . yet. He didn't want Nintendo to bloody publish it. He wanted a developer kit, which all companies have to get to... do something that results in it being published. That's ALL he wanted from Nintendo. Techanaly he was waiting for a response from Nintendo about the acceptance/rejection letter for a (Nintendo platform) developers application and then he would have gotten an SDK.

I haven't posted about this in ages manly because well, he faild to get the SDK and has to wait 6 months, so there wasn't much point in posting about him anymore.
Until I saw this little quote on his site and I think is in the stages of doing another game promoting action (like when he went to the NWS on Stage 50).
stage 079
"we all know "Punch-Out!!" is going to suck because it's a bastardized NOA imitation "sequel" made by a third party Canadian studio to capitalize on mid-80's casual NES player nostalgia, REGGIE."
It annoys me that he says this when outsourcing is a common trend in the game industry.

So...what's this game even about anyway? The message delivered in that video seemed rather Anvilicious, to say the least...

Stage 80. Interesting to say the least. ... ... an 8 minute Cutscene? I didn't know Yuu was really Solid Snake.

Stage 90
wtfitb?
The truth is finally reveiled about the Bob's game and the bottom screen. A pretty impressive video (better than stage 80), it gets really good around the 4:20 mark.

So the entire game is of him being a whiny bitch about not getting his game published.

What an asshole.

You know, a game wherein you play the very game that you are playing could potentially be used as a interesting, trippy game mechanic somehow. Too bad this game isn't that, and is instead a whiny nerdy turd burger being a whiny nerdy turd burger.

Uhh... do you think it's ever occurred to him that Nintendo might not want a game in which Miyamoto is evil and Nintendo are corrupt?
Also, Miyamoto against innovation. Ell oh ell.
