A few things to say:
- I have got a few. Once I can post from my home computer, I'll do it.
- Can I have stages based on non-game? Like from the Kirby anime?
- The Qu posted Mt Dedede. I guess everyone wants that in - let's blame Meta for stealing the spotlight.
Just got a new idea:
Dedede's Electric Stadium
Basically, Dedede's Stadium with electric surroundings, as in Revenge of the King. The electric surroundings will occasionally shut down - and that's the chance for your KOs!
My Music: vs Dedede (Spring Breeze) (already in) vs Masked Dedede vs Galactic Knight Super Star Ultra Medley (surely a cheap made-up song, eh?) Kirby victory Medley (uhh yeah...) Wheeling Corby (Fire Emblem 10)
And yes, the competition did not say "Brawl". So I can use new games like this!

My Mt. Dedede incorporated parts of the electric stadium. Glad i'm not the only one who thinks that'd make a great stage.

This is for a theoretical 4th Smash Bros. game, so titles released since Brawl are allowed. Also, I'd prefer it if you kept to locations from the games, rather than bringing in anime, etc. - otherwise why stop there? We could have locations from manga, or the godawful US cartoon series! (I don't want to see any Captain N suggestions) I have updated the first post with the current suggestions. If you have ideas for the sparsely populated series, then make sure to share them

Entry #1Stage: Hyrule Castle / Ganon's Pyramid Origin: A Link to the Past (SNES) Music: For Hyrule Castle Stage: - Legend of Zelda: Main Theme (NES)
- Zelda II: Overworld (NES)
- A Link to the Past: Hyrule Castle (SNES)
- Ocarina of Time: Castle Courtyard/Hyrule Field Medley (N64)
- Twilight Princess: Hyrule Field (GC/WII)
Music: For Ganon's Pyramid Stage: - Legend of Zelda: Dungeon 9 (NES)
- Zelda II: Palace Boss (NES)
- A Link to the Past: Dark World Dungeon (SNES)
- A Link to the Past: Death Mountain (SNES)
- A Link to the Past: Dark World Overworld (SNES)
Description: You fight on top of Hyrule Castle and falling off the castle is a KO. There are two levels you can fight on, as you can jump on the top of the upper level. Occasionally, a patrolling castle guard will come by and charge across the screen on the lower level. The guard can be KO'd. After a while the screen will wobble and the battle will now be in the Dark World, and you'll be fighting on the pyramid. There are now three levels you can battle on, each getting shorter in length as you jump higher. The top level has a hole blown through it, that you will die if you fall through. If you're on the bottom level when the stage returns to the Light World, you may fall off the stage, if you don't quickly jump up.

Let's hope I can reply with my PC by now...
Out of boredom, I made some ideas for a new Smash Bros. Here are some...
Daein Market (Fire Embem: Radiant Dawn):
Where the Dawn Brigade escape the Begnion soldiers. You fight on rooftops and on gound. Occasionally, random Begnion soldiers may appear and throw spears at you! Zaitan and Isaiya also appear. Run upon their sight, because they pack powerful attacks!
At more peaceful moments, Nico and other villagers will appear in the background.
My Music: 070% Dawn Brigade - Attack theme 100% Dawn Brigade - Map theme 015% Battle Preparation theme medley
Gusty Garden (Super Mario Galaxy):
You can't blame Brawl not to have this, but this is going to be good. You fight on various strange planetoids that actually have their own gravity. On top of that, there is a windy current among them.
Incoming Chomps appear, but they are invincible. Just Run!
Why Gusty Garden out of all galaxies? Because most agree its music is the best!
My Music:
100% Gusty Garden 050% Good Egg Galaxy 050% Comet Observatory 015% Bowser's Galaxy Reactor 015% Top Ride - Light (Kirby Air Ride)
EDIT: Figures. It IS my router's doing.
I need it to play Wii online and allow my mom to use the internet, but at the same timeit hinders my own networking experience.
The manufacturer said it's my ISP's doing, that it is known for locking on MAC addresses - once it changes, you can't browse anything.

Just to keep you all on your toes for new ideas and the kind of thing I'm looking for... my favourites so far are (in no particular order):
TV Eye's Venus Lighthouse American Kirby's Chaotic Seas Koopaul's Magicant Johans Nidorino's Mario Toy Company Captain Walrus's Hyrule Castle / Golden Pyramid
So keep those ideas flowing! ;D

Like TV Eye's idea, except that Issac should be in the foreground.... and playable! =D An earth Adept would be of no use to battle fire enemies, anyway =P One more I didn't put, but I think would worth it: Castle Dedede (Kirby 64): Well, so Brawl has a new Kirby series stage. Meta Knight's stage. But our dear DDD doesn't have a proper stage of his own! So here comes this idea. This is a special "circular" stage that you can actually move to the background part of the stage to fight. The camera rotates but does not zoom, and Shotzos are constantly shooting from the background. Bronto Burts sometimes pop out from nowhere, and be careful not to touch them as they actually inflict damage. Kirby can inhale them, and Dedede can taste his own minions as well. (This is so wrong...) Because of the circular nature, the only way to KO is to use Bottomless pits or the sky. EDIT - Ah, forgot My Music: 100% Pop Star Stage 3 030% Ripple Star Stage 3 015% Quant Castle (Kirby Super Star) ......So many Dedede stages. Meta is now jealous

Here's another idea I had in mind...
Lake Hylia
You will be on a platform carried by the Wyvern. It will be a recreation of the mini-game in Twilight Princess where you had to destroy fruit.
You will be flying downstream and the various fruit balloons will float by. Attacking them can either hurt or heal you. If you attack the Wyvern enough, he will fly away and the platform will fall in the rapids. Zora's will try to attack you from the water.
Once you reach the bottom of the river, the Wyvern will take you back up. Lather, rinse, repeat.
Music
Lake Hylia (Twilight Princess) Gerudo Valley (Ocarina of Time) Twilight Battle (Twilight Princess)

Asking me to write stage ideas is like asking a camel to do... camel ...things... There was a better analogy in there, somewhere, but we'll just have to work with what we've got. Here we go! Nazo no Murasamejo SeriesAncient Edo: Castle Murasame -- Nazo no MurasamejoA large Japanese castle, Murasame Castle is the tallest level outside of the scrolling ones. The stage starts in the gardens at the base part of the stage, complete with hedges, fountains, bamboo, and a simple koi pond. As the players fight, however, they will find that they can climb the height of the castle by leaping on the many roofs of the various floors. Windowsills also provide platforms for players to fight on, as they climb taller and taller. In the background, a beautiful Edo village is visible. In the foreground, a simplistic Shinto shrine. Stage obstacles include ninjas who throw shurikens and bombs or burst from windows, as well as dragon's heads that will float about the upper areas of the stage shooting fireballs. And not without homage to the original Smash, there are small tornadoes that appear from time to time about the stage--so watch out! Music: Nazo no Murasame Medley, Nazo no Murasame Final World, Nazo no Murasame World 1, Shin Onigashima Medley, Yuu Yuu Ki Medley, Time Twist Medley StarTropics SeriesC-Island: Coracola -- StarTropicsAn island in the middle of the sea, there is a lone hut, some palm trees, and a large rock decorating the landmass. In the background the sea, C-Island, and the lighthouse are all visible. The stage also has outcrops in the water that will appear here and there, randomly between 2-5 on one side at a time. The hut can be fought on top of as with the palm trees; slamming people down on the trees may drop coconuts (or they can on their own) to throw as items. Every so often, a footpad will appear to stomp--this changes the layout of the platforms off in the sea. Also, the Sub-C can breach and appear on either side of the stage as a temporary platform in various positions like the Great Bay turtle. In the background, Dr. Jones' helicopter, C-Snake, Big Octo, dolphins, and a large whale can be seen moving around. Sometimes the whale will appear and take the entire length of one side of the screen; you can ride its back but can also be pushed back by the fountain of water. Dolphins will throw items onto the stage from time to time when they pass by in the foreground. Also, C-Snake will appear if people dawdle in the water too long. He will take over one side of the screen and start breathing fire towards the island, leaving on his own whims. The hut can catch fire, but it will reappear over time if this happens. In all, a diverse and fun stage. Music: StarTropics Medley (including Title, Opening, and New Chapter music), StarTropics Overworld (Coracola, Miracola, Riding the Sub-C, Inside the Sub-C, Shecola), StarTropics Underworld/Dungeon (with the Medicine and "Path to Boss" music integrated), StarTropics Dungeon 2 Ice Age: Yum-Yum's Cavern -- Zoda's Revenge: StarTropics IIAn icy cave, characters fight on the back of the Sub-C as it zooms towards the screen on a rapid-flowing icy river. There are two ice platforms on either side of the Sub-C that can be used as well, and the walls of the cave are occasionally laden with platforms that can be used if and when the Sub-C slows down and stops. Every so often, a [!] appears at the top of the screen over one of the three central platforms. A giant iceberg comes crashing through and wrecks that platform (and any players on it), while the Sub-C will just submerge. For a while, that platform is out of commission and players must make do without. Also, because of the currents, jumping in the water just pulls your player down and is an auto-KO. At some point, the Sub-C comes out of the cave into a mountainside frozen lake. This area is more platform friendly, but the ice floes will break easily from damage. Be careful. Music: StarTropics II Medley (Title, Ice Age, Dungeon 1, snippets of other Dungeon tracks), StarTropics Captain Bell's Organ/Farewell, StarTropics Inside the Whale, StarTropics Graveyard, StarTropics and StarTropics II Zoda Battles/Dungeon Medley I'll come back with more later

I have two questions:
A) Is five stages overkill?
2) Are we allowed to post all of our entries at once?

I came up with two Mario-themed stages. They are Bowser's Castle and Audience.
Bowser's Castle
It takes place on the bridge with the ax on its right side. This is the main platform and its very flat like the Bridge of Eldin. The bridge is suspended over the lava pit, of course like in the original Super Mario Bros.
Two large chandeliers serve as the pass-through platforms above the bridge. These chandeliers are held by the Chain Chomps like in Super Mario RPG. They tilt back and forth depending to the weight on them.
Now, the bridge can be destroyed when the ax takes enough damage and is destroyed. The bridge collapses into the lava pit, forcing the fighters to stay on the two chandeliers. The bridge will be gone for 30 seconds.
The giant Bowser Statue in the background shoots fireballs at the chandeliers like in Mario Kart: Double Dash. This happens only when the bridge is gone.
The chandeliers can drop onto the bridge or into the lava pit when the Chain Chomps are hit enough time. The Chain Chomp retracts back up and comes back down with a new chandelier.
Podoboos occasionally jump out of the lava, inflicting minor damage. The lava can hurt you like in Norfair.
The songs in this stage would be: - Bowser's Keep (Super Mario RPG) - Valley of Bowser + Bowser's Castle (Super Mario World) - Dark Land + Bowser's Castle (Super Mario Bros. 3)
Audience
This takes place on the theatrical stage where all battles took place in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. You can walk yourself to a KO when you walk too far to the left or the right. Paper-thin spectators sit in the foreground cheering the battle on.
The stage itself is very flat but it is not boring like Final Destination. Oh, no, the audience in the foreground makes things interesting when they get involved in the battle.
A Boo would fly onto the stage and turn a character invisible as if they picked up the Cloaking Device item.
A Bulky Bob-omb would explode and take out a lot of the audience members for a while.
A Crazee Dayzee would sing everyone around it to sleep for a while.
A Dry Bones would throw a bone at a character, inflicting minor damage.
A Goomba would jump and try to headbonk a character, inflicting moderate damage.
A Hammer Brother would throw a hammer at a character, inflicting moderate damage.
A Koopa Troopa would throw a rock at a character, inflicting moderate damage.
A Piranha Plant would grow on the stage and bite a character, inflicting moderate damage.
A Puni would throw the Maxim Tomato or the Heart Container at the stage.
A Shy Guy would jump onto the stage, run to either side of the stage, and drop a part of the stage from the ceiling.
A Toad would throw a Super Mushroom or a Poison Mushroom at a character.
A X-Naut would throw an empty soda can at a character, inflicting minor damage.
Occasionally the stage lights in front would burst in flames, burning characters with minor damage. Sometimes the fog forms across the stage to freeze characters as if they were hit by a Freezie.
The background scenery are made of stage props and they will occasionally fall down onto the stage. The background scenery changes randomly whenever the curtains close and open every one minute.
Also, when a character uses a taunt, the crowd goes crazy. When the crowd are appealed enough, Paper Luigi will appear and throw the Smash Ball at the stage. That's the only way the Smash Ball will appear in this stage.
The songs for this stage would be: - Paper Mario theme - Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door theme - Super Paper Mario theme - Super Mario Bros. 3 opening title theme

Until my questions are answered, I'm just gonna start off with my first entry.
1) Gang-Plank Galleon: This stage is meant to resemble the Ship Deck stages DKC2, namely Pirate Panic and Gangplank Galley. The layout is actually similar to most of the “retro”-style stages, as the stage extends past the camera at either side, thus enabling you to get KO’d by walking too far. Located in the middle of the stages is one big gap, with the broken wood bits just like the aforementioned Ship Deck stages. The background also features various stacks of barrels and crates, some of which are actually platforms that can be jumped up and down through. If you play on the stage for a long time, the sun starts to set a la Battlefield from Brawl, resulted in the stage looking even more like Gangplank Galley. Other aesthetic bits include the stage itself rocking with the ocean, the sound of the wood creaking and the waves crashing, and a little splash effect when a player dies by falling into the big gap. Finally, every now and again a bunch of cannonballs will start falling from the top of the screen like in the final battle from DKC1. If your damage is high enough, getting hit by one of these can KO you.
Songs: DKC: Gangplank Galleon This song is already in Brawl, but it really needed its own stage to match.
DKC2: Ship Deck 1 This would probably be the default song. It’s from the very levels this stage is based on, and it’s the first level song in the game.
DKC2: Ship Deck 2 Yes, it’s another remix, but it plays on the third Ship Deck stage in DKC2, so I couldn’t leave it out.
DKC2: Ship Hold There wouldn’t be a Lockjaw’s Locker stage, so instead we can use the Lockjaw’s Saga song on this stage instead. It fits, right?
DKC2: Rigging This means the song that plays on Mainbrace Mayhem and similar stages. I was gonna make a Mainbrace Mayhem stage, but I figured that would be too much, so instead I put this song here.
DKC2: Boss Theme This fits also, since the first boss battle was on the Gangplank Galleon.
DKC2: K. Rool Theme I figure if Brawl had the DKC1 K.Rool theme, this this oughta have DKC2’s. It’s awesome, plain and simple. Actually, this stage may as well be used as a dumping ground for DKC2 songs.

Okay, here I go:
Gateway Galaxy It’s a stage based on Super Mario Galaxy. Now, to recreate the experience of that game, here’s a stage that will have your head spinning! You’re on a spherical planet with its own gravitational pull. Don’t worry if you’re at or near the bottom of the planet, your controls will switch depending on what angles you’re standing on. Lumas appear everywhere on this stage.
Be wary, though. KO’ing people here isn’t as easy as you’d think. Sending your opponents flying forward only sends them further across the planet. So here, you must rely on sending your opponents upwards. Or you can just use the Star Bits that fall onto it and throw them at your opponents, simple.
Music Comet Observatory Space Junk Galaxy Gusty Garden Galaxy Honeyhive Galaxy (Not sure of others at the moment, maybe later...)
Mekanos That factory area from DKC3. It's quite a large stage with many tricks and traps.
Every so often, the alarm will sound and a crosshair will appear and track down and shoot at players if it catches them. If it locks onto you, try your best to avoid it when it fires! If you do get locked on, you can even pass it onto other players! Just touch them to give it to them! Makes for a ferocious game of crosshair tag.
Music Fireball Frenzy (DKC3 factory theme) Fear Factory (DKC1 factory theme) DKC3 cave theme Fulgore's Theme (Killer Instinct) (maybe...) (Stuck here too, back later)
Dream Land Express Here, we're on a locomotive of some sort bound for many places across Dream Land! Nothing too special happens on the train itself, but it does stop at many a station frequently. You can even see passengers boarding and leaving.
You can even spot the characters Fatty Whale, Dyna Blade, and many more at certain points. Enjoy that scenery.
Music Forest/Nature Area (where it belongs) Gourmet Race Intro (longer version from KSSU blooper video) Butter Building (this should go here too) Beanstalk Park Fantasy Meadows Celestial Valley
Balloon Fight Obviously, the setting is exactly like that of the NES game.
Along with a set of scattered terrain, the Flippers everywhere will knock you around.
And when you hear a tune of some sort play (the one heard when you start the first level, to be precise), enemy balloonists will appear on the battleground and will fly around on balloons to bump you around (this won't deal any damage, but it sure is a pain to put up with). They can be attacked and have their balloons popped. Once they are, they can be attacked once more and will plummet into the water below.
If you get too close to the water, a Big Fish will appear to chomp away at you. Be careful!
Music Balloon Trip Balloon Fight Noises (when the stuff on the stage goes along, like in the original game)
Mii Channel Time to relive the experience of the Miis! The Miis that appear here are the ones that are saved on your Wii's Mii Channel.
Every so often, they will carelessly walk onto the battlegrounds and can be picked up. And thrown at others.
Music All Wii-related ones from PictoChat.

A) Is five stages overkill? No. 2) Are we allowed to post all of our entries at once? Yes. - Super Mario Bros. 3 opening title theme I presume you mean the opening title theme in the Super Mario All-Stars version, as the original didn't have a title theme. Also... the opening title theme is the underwater music from Super Mario Bros. And not without homage to the original Smash, there are small tornadoes that appear from time to time about the stage--so watch out! Did you know there's an enemy in the game that shoots whirlwinds? Just a thought

Lineland
The world from 'Super Paper Mario'! World 1-1. It is a flat stage with two drops on either side. You have a tree and a couple of '?' blocks in the sky where you can jump on them. Half way through the match, like Frigate Orphan, the stage slowly changes into 3-D mode. It is just a long platform where the only way you can die is by going off the edges of the screen. You can no walk backwards and forwards though.
Occasionally, Goomaba, Squiggets, Koopas and other enimies come walking past. You may even see Paper Mario fighting enimies in the background.
