Oh and... yeah. We're done here.

Oh and... yeah. We're done here. That's not even close to being a good comparison. There's a huge difference between a sports outfit and a slutty chair pic. Well what about these? Samus was one of the first sex symbols since the earliest Metroid games, people wanted to be the game quickly so they could see her with her armor off. Female with midriff =/= fanservice.

Well according to the manual she is the sole survivor of her planet and now roams the galaxy looking for the reason her world was destroyed. If they ever explore this, maybe it'll give her some depth. But for now it's just a single throwaway sentence that has never been brought up in-game. "whiny emo" I never got that impression. Sorry. "Once again, Fox McCloud was forced to wander the world alone...and unloved." "Fox was despondent. Star Wolf had taken from him everything that he loved. Falco's attempts to comfort his old friend were futile. Fox lived as one already dead, barely eating or sleeping."

Well, at least Fox isn't posting his BAWWWWWing on YouTube.

I actually expected this thread to argue about Geno's inclusion before Krystal's creepy sexsymbol status. I lose. Well according to the manual she is the sole survivor of her planet and now roams the galaxy looking for the reason her world was destroyed. Woah really? Does that mean Tricky's a dead guy dino? I mean Dinosaur Planet is her planet ain't it?

Spud, I don't get you. Peach and Daisy's sport outfits are the definition of slut. I know for a fact that female soccer players don't dress like that. I mean, look at those boobs! And the legs!
So far, Spud, that picture you posted of Krystal is the least sluttiest pic I've seen...

Back on topic, okay. So, the Pokemon roster could go like this:
Pikachu, Jigglypuff, Pokemon Trainer, Mewtwo, and Lucario
OR
Pikachu, Jigglypuff, Pokemon Trainer, Mewtwo or Lucario, and 5th Gen Pokemon
OR
Pikachu, Jigglypuff, Pokemon Trainer, Meowth, and Mewtwo or Lucario or 5th Gen Pokemon
These are the possible scenarios I can think of for the the Pokemon roster in SSB4.

I REALLY don't want SEVEN Pokemon reps! That's overkill.
Off topic: Trying to look sexy =/= slut. Even that Krystal picture isn't slutty, it's flirtatious. Now if she was bending over or something...
Anyway, are some of you gonna let those stupid factors prevent you from wanting Krystal (a potentially good fighter) from being in the roster? Because that's just immature.

Sakurai were going to put in 9 Pokemon in Brawl.
1. Pikachu 2. Jigglypuff 3. Mewtwo 4. Plusle 5. Minun 6. Lucario 7. Squirtle 8. Ivysaur 9. Charizard

Well Pokemon Trainer is considered one slot. Three in one. Besides I would have hated it if Sakurai put all those in. It's not fair o the other franchises.

Not wanting Krystal in the game is immature now? I don't want Krystal in the game for the same reason most ex-Sonic fans don't want Shadow in. To me, she represents the downfall of a once-great series. Difference is, of course, that at least Shadow has some significance as a character.

Koopaul, that'd be definitely over-repping the Pokemon franchise. That's exactly my reason for proposing the roster grid. You have to limit yourself to a reasonable number (say 45-50 slots) so you will be consciously balancing the franchise representation. Here's what I have in my 9x5 roster.
5 Mario reps, 5 Zelda reps, 5 Pokemon reps (that's 15)
3 Donkey Kong reps, 3 Kirby reps, 3 Star Fox reps (add 9 to 15 and we have 24)
2 Fire Emblem reps, 2 Mother reps (add 4 to 24 and we have 28)
All the other 16 Nintendo franchises (9 returning from Brawl and 7 new franchises added in SSB4) each get one rep. That's 44 characters plus the random slot. Isn't that a fair balance among 24 franchises?
