How is it a whole new game? They're just adding more stuff to it that they didn't have time to add for the deadline. What's wrong with that?

Didn't have time to finish? Hmm... so why would Sakurai delay Brawl twice? To ensure that the game is finished. I am beginning to think that people who want downloadable content just want more characters in the game now rather than wait for these characters to be playable in the next game.

But this is for the next game, they didn't want downloadable content for Brawl. And besides, how many games do you know have downloadable characters? The only DLC I want is songs.

So you think Sakurai want to release Brawl as finished and SSB4 as unfinished? Please.

Technically, most games do get released "unfinished". They don't always have time to add everything. DLC can remedy that.
Some companies do take advantage of it and deliberately release a fraction of a game in an attempt to drain our wallets for the rest of it in portions, but I doubt Nintendo would resort to that.
...OR WOULD THEY!?

Actually, I liked SSE too!
I think an Adventure in SSB4 would be great. It could be a continuation of the one in SSBB, with a new villian gathering up the other villians to join him. And even hiring some mercenaries (minor game villians like Wolf or even Daroach from Kirby Squeak Squad) to do their dirty work.
And all in a plot to find... the last remnant of Tabuu (that tiny core thing inside Tabuu) whoever got it will be able to control all the still roaming Subspace soldiers that now wanders the world without any leader or goal, attacking anyone near them...
Offcourse, the villians first plan is to get rid of thoce that stopped their plans in SSBB and could prove a threat. But they'll probably won't expect some newcomers to be a problem for them...
Bosses I'd like to see are possibly Kraid or MotherBrain (both forms from SuperMetroid), and a huge boss from the Zelda series, hmm... maiby BongoBongo...
And levels, how about making a WarioLand themed level. Like... maiby the Peacefull Village from WarioLand3, with the exact same outside design like in the original game. And with the shifting of time. During the day, there are tiny enemies roaming that level from WL3, but during the night, zombies appears...

Eh... I don't know if Daroach or Bongbongo are important enough.

Notice how they pull just about anything right out of the hat in Smash at times. So the whole "important enough" thing is more or less void. (While the core elements of each series are a must, the rest is just anything goes.)

Which is why half the time it feels like torture to predict. Some of us just try to determine what would be the most sensible and fair choices, which Daroach and Bongobongo are not.

Ditto on Daroach and Bongo Bongo. They are fairly obscure... I'll consider Daroach if he becomes a major recurring character in future Kirby games.

Okay fellas, I'm doing Poke Ball Pokemon now, so sit tight!
Chikorita: uses Razor Leaf on opponents.
Torchic: will create an orb of fire around itself that will get players stuck and rack up the damage.
Piplup: uses Surf to scoop people up and push them off stage.
Chansey: she returns with her fabulous Egg Toss ability. Some eggs heal.
Clefairy: also returning to copy all the other Pokemon moves with Metronome.
Goldeen: the classic failure Pokemon, except now if it lands in the water it will evolve into Seaking KOing anyone in the water.
Meowth: he's back again with Pay Day.
Snorlax: using Body Slam through the stage he occasionally uses Sleep and does nothing.
Staryu: once again he uses his Swift attack to rack up damage.
Bellossom: uses Sleep Powder to put put people near her to sleep.
Electrode: the deadly Pokemon returns to blow itself up. You can pick it up and it will occasionally fail to blow up.
Togepi: uses moves that other Pokeball Pokemon don't know. Like Smokescreen (blackens the screen), Powder Snow (freeze), Earthquake (buries people), Leech Seed (flower), and Thunder Wave (paralyzes).
Unown: they return to swarm on screen and cause damage to your foes. They aren't as strong as they used to be.
Wobbuffet: uses Counter on physical attacks or Mirror Coat on projectiles. He flashes different colors depending on which he is attacked with.
Gardevior: creates a barrier that reflects projectiles.
Munchlax: will run around and eat items.
Articuno: Any character that makes contact with it get frozen or even KO'd.
Zapdos: Any character that makes contact with it will get rapidly shocked and sucked in (like Zero Laser) or even KO'd
Moltres: Any character that makes contact with it will be blasted away with fire, with hing KO potential.
Entei: unlike it's Melee and Brawl version, it will shoot a straight beam of fire forward like Suicune's Ice Beam.
Raikou: it returns using a Suicune-like move that shoot a straight beam of electricity forward.
Suicune: just like it's Brawl version, sends a straight Ice Beam forward.
Ho-oh: flies into the background to unleash a HUGE spiraling inferno known as Sacred Fire.
Lugia: flies into the background and lanuches waves of Aeroblast.
Groudon: so big he takes up the stage sometimes, touch him and take damage.
Kyogre: floats around trying to push people off stage with his Hydro Pump. It doesn't do damage but it sends you flying.
Deoxys: different from his appearance in Brawl. He first appears in his normal for a few seconds doing nothing, then he'll transform into either attack, defense, or speed form which all do different things. Attack form he shoots a large laser down onto the stage. Defense form he creates a large barrier around him which acts like a Bumper, then slowly floats around bouncing people everywhere. His speed form replaces Weavile, he strikes back and forth paralyzing you, only with each strike you rack up more and more damage making it a more powerful version of Weavile.
Darkrai: he summons a smallish black hole which sucks opponents up. It has the same properties as Zero Suit Samus' final Smash only with slightly more suction.
Mew: extremely rare, will leave CDs on stage.
Celebi: extremely rare, will leave trophies on stage.
Jirachi: extremely rare, will leave stickers on stage.
Manaphy: will switch to players bodies temporarily with Heart Swap. Not as rare as it used to be.

Here's my Assist Trophy list then:
Rosalina Uses her wand to rain down Star Bits, to throw at people to send them skyward for KOs.
Bowser Jr. Simply throws Koopa Shells.
Toadsworth Just like Dr. Wright, but uses a tall mushroom instead of skyscrapers.
Orbulon Causes the screen to go black as many moving lights appear everywhere. Be sure to follow these and not lose track of where you are.
Slippy Toad Sets up a Burst Pod from Assault and it launches several grenades into the air and back down onto the ground.
Leon Powalski Just like Gray Fox. Fits his assassin fursona...I mean persona. (I personally don't feel that the MGS series will be back next time)
TAC Goes and steals all items around. Attack him to make him drop what he took.
Prince Peasley He will fly around on his winged cushion thing and swiftly pierce through opponents with his rapier, resulting in one-hit KOs.
Space Pirate Kind of a faster, stronger version of Saki. (Peh, cooler than him anyway)
Shadow Beast It will grab any nearby opponent and damage them. There is no escape from its grasp. There's also a chance that it will strike the Fear status into them (new ailment that causes characters to tremble and move slower and pack less punch than usual)
Marx Floats right up to the top of the screen and proceeds to lets loose with his attacks that were seen in Kirby Super Star.
Dribble & Spitz Dribble will basically throw Spitz at opponents.
May add more if I can think up of them. But there you have it.

I had an idea for Bowser Jr. as an AT.
He uses the Paint Brush to paint the entire stage into the background. Like Nintendog, the stage is like invisible, but the players can still see themselves on top of it. This will be confusing for those who don't remember where the platforms are or what the stage looks like. For those who have memorized the stage well, will have an advantage. The paint effect will wear off after a little while.
As for the rest... they seem kinda lame, Dribble throws Spitz? Toadsworth a Dr. Wright clone? You can do better than that.

As for the rest... they seem kinda lame, Dribble throws Spitz? Toadsworth a Dr. Wright clone? You can do better than that. Dribble and Spitz could appear in their taxi and fly around in the stage and all characters and maybe even items they touch have to get in the taxi. Then they throw them out at random places in the stage. While they are on screen and take "customers", Dribble and Spitz make random comments from WarioWare like Kat and Ana. Well, just an idea.
