Nice! The Ice Flower looks pretty cool, and the hints at the kinds of secret areas in the game sound great too.
Returning suits, eh? Raccoon suit or Cape, anyone?

Does this mean no Penguin Suit? Not that I was all excited about the suit over the already established flower anyway, but the suit DID have some extra abilities, namely sliding into enemies  |

I thought the ice flower and penguin suit were both confirmed at the same time. Ages ago.
I kinda assumed the ice flower was what activated the penguin suit.

I've been waiting to see those renders for sooooo long!! Iggy is taller and has a new hairdo, while Lemmy appears to have grown a little ponytail. And the rest are spot on with their original artwork! ;D Awwwwwwesome!! Man, I'm totally digging those Koopaling renders. Finally all of Bowser's sinspawn assembled together. I never thought I'd see it. Half-related comment: I still use your official artwork library as my primary reference point when drawing. Thanks for the Gamehiker Gallery! ;D |

The Koopalings all appear to have new shells. Roy's is now purple, Larry and Ludwig's are blue, Iggy has purple rims around his spikes, and Morton's shell is black minus the gold rim.  |

Those parts where you're given hints on how to use the Wii Remote remind me of Mario Party mini-games for some reason.

Iggy and Morton even look like Super Mario Bros. 2 vegetables in the cake. LOL I noticed that, too. That was cool. I wonder if the Penguin Suit has been replaced with the Ice Flower? Also notice that Ice Mario's colors are the same colors as regular Mario's, only reversed. |
