That happens in the Sims? From my recollection of the game your 'sim' uses the lavatory in the conventional manner, relevant clothing pulled away from the anal/genital area to allow the urine and/or faeces to fall into the toilet's water unimpeded and all. however with pixelation obscuring the aforementioned area tragically preventing our 10 year old selves from finally discovering how the females of the species urinate. Curse you pixelation, curse you... First of all...whaaa? Second, that's what porn is for, man. I was watching shit like that when I was five. Admittedly, it's created a lot of long-term effects for me...some I'm not so proud of...

Admittly in Animal Crossing, you could make your character sit on a toilet (like a chair) and when you jumped off it, it would flush, so it's not the first time this has happened. You could also do this in Final Fantasy III/VI on the SNES. (The part where you're locked in a jail cell.) Wow, this thread has really gone down the toilet! In an effort to save it, I wanted to ask if those of you who were picking the game up at launch were planning to play it right away, or save it as a holiday present. I've been considering saving it for birthday/Christmas, but I'll likely just play it right away. TheSpeedGamers will be playing it during their Zelda marathon, and I'd like to get thru a good bit of the game by that time to avoid too many spoilers.

Hi everyone! as many of you I bet, I preordered the Tittle ,(I dont have a motion plus, and the CD sealed the deal), I haven't been so pumped for a Zelda game sin Wind Waker. and this is looking stellar. Have you seen all the love this game has for the portable entries, from the items to the aesthetics

Kind of have some trouble on what to pre-order . . .
I just heard that the standard edition of the game, supposedly contains the soundtrack CD as well (but retailers don't seem to be mentioning it), and the only "bonus" of the Limited Edition is in fact the gold Zelda branded Wii Remote Plus. (already have 2 MP+)
Anyone else heard the same thing?
I'll be joining the camp of saving this for Christmas, gives me more time to finish other games.

Well I'm not picking the game up at launch, I've pre-ordered the lovely thing (in the special edition pack), but yes, I'll be putting the game into my Wii and playing it ASAP. I'm a massive Zelda fan, I adore the entire series and I'm extremely excited about this game, 'saving it for later' is just not a viable option for me.

I thought I was going to see more discussion on the recent trailers, but none of you guys have posted them. Besides the gameplay ones, these two stand out at the moment.

Are these trailers very spoilery? I mean to the plot?

^ I don't think so. They leave more questions than answers, and they look like scenes that might come in the game's demo video if you ask me...

Okay that wasn't too bad.
The second one did spoil to me:
the sheikah are in the game.
But I had a theory they would be there anyway.

I don't know about you, but I'm in the mood for some Wizard of Wor now.

I'm torn. Wizards of Wor has wizards and dragons and diabolical dungeons, but Skyward Sword has six different languages of warnings. Clearly, both are so awesome as to be dangerous.

I was actively avoiding this thread, all reviews and trailers in order to avoid any spoilers over the handful of early footage I'd seen so far.
But as I'm now at the end boss after many, many hours of playing without cheating or anything, I'm ready to rejoin the discussion.
This game has brought up a LOT of major storyline points that we should touch on somewhere. However, such a thread would be intensely spoiler heavy, as they are all revealed very late in the game. If you're not that far yet, let me tell you - it's worth waiting for!

Does that mean I shouldn't come in here anymore, or will you start a separate thread?

It would be a separate thread covered in Spoiler warnings. I started drafting something, but then got distracted.
I completed the game this evening. Without mentioning any spoilers or specifics, let me just say Nintendo still has the ability to surprise. Amazing!

I will be posting here as soon as I beat the game. Just hope there is still life in this tread when that happen, I just want to say that its incredible how such a small change like the stamina system changes the way Zalda plays, I am loving it!
