The extended trailer is phenomenal. Poor Deadpool, though. =(
(Morrigan's face after the spear incident is golden, though.)

That's a pretty lackluster list, even for Capcom's side.
Also, no Ammy or Franza. >8(

Yeah, that list looks kinda weird, yet acceptable for fighting video game standards. I will not be surprised if that ends up in the actual game...

Eh, I'm still not seeing Wesker there. I see Frank West. I agree with Skrull and Trish, though. I'm pretty sure that's Dr. Doom underneath Frank/Wesker, though.

Arthur would be BEAST. I really hope he makes it. Sounds like a lot of cut-outs from Tastunoko though. Wouldn't be a Capcom VS. game without ripping characters out of other fighting games... *sigh*

Here's the debut trailer. Trish looks a little rough still, but otherwise they are looking quite sharp. I am digging Doom's new model - he looks quite intimidating. And Skrull looks like a beast, so I'm excited to try him out. If any of you happen to be in San Diego, Capcom will have these four playable alongside the others there at Comic-Con! There's a "more chaarcters" montage at the end, with a ton of silhouettes new and old. The bottom right corner has a striking likeness to Viewtiful Joe, so expect him to pop up. I've got some more clips at my blog, if anyone is so inclined to look. |
