Otomedius Excellent (that was a surprise), Kinect-driven Adrenaline Misfits, and the first true sequel to DDR, Dance Masters. This also looks like a Kinect game. Any Nintendo news planned, there, Konami?
Judging by Kotaku, I'm glad I'm not watching it.

I think a better comparison would be Nurse Joy and Officer Jenny from the Pokemon anime. They are some of the most recurring characters on the show even though we know there are many Nurse Joys and Officer Jennys throughout the world. Buh, that just proves my point even more. It's very, very, very rare that we ever see the same Nurse Joy twice, but even if we did it wouldn't make a difference, since they're all identical. I think harping on about how pointless it is makes even less sense than simply believing a common idea that causes little to no harm. I was responding to people harping on about how annoying it is that the Toad hasn't appeared in so long. My point was we don't know when the Toad last appeared or if the Toad is even a concept Miyamoto is aware of (I doubt it) and since every Toad is essentially the same, the entire crux of peoples' bitching is somewhat... ridiculous.

This is what you're missing RIGHT NOW: Segway into Karaoke Revolution Glee, which was appropriate, I suppose. I miss ye olde Konami. This is for the Wii. *shock and gape* Totilo's recent comments: This sounds like a doozy. I take back some of the snide comments I threw at UBI Soft earlier.

Ooo, pic of the SH trailer: Ah, dark and mysterious. All right, I'm going to cut off for now. My co-worker ought to be showing up soon. Hopefully things go up from here.

OMG OMG GLEE! Can I play as the slutty blonde cheerleader?
Don't understand how it would be different to just singing a song in any other game though, considering they just don't have original songs. Unless they allow us to sing the do do do de de de do transition noise.
... yeah, I'm actually pretty gay for Glee.

Out of the grave for a quick little summary of my rambling thoughts on E3.
When Brawl came out, I thought of it as a pretty flagship game to arguably set a seal on what Nintendo's franchises were, to hold them in place for at least one modern game while new labels came out and many of the series would die down or stay dead. An eyecandy-like tombstone. This conference proved me wrong in every flipping way. With the exception of F-Zero and Robot Series, every playable series is now with the modern Nintendo generation of systems, and it is fantastic.
Kirby looks wonderful and charming, and while not the Kirby we were once promised, it's still a step forward after four years of waiting for a true new game. Kid Icarus was a concept I considered as Nintendo's best, but I said I wouldn't call it my favorite series unless a new game with better gameplay came out. Now... move aside, Fire Emblem and Kirby, I think Kid Icarus might steal my heart!
Donkey Kong had me jumping for joy, as Retro pulled off what Rare would do brilliantly. Zelda is a great cross between Wind Waker and Twilight Princess, and the controls sound like a dream. The 3DS titles besides Kid Icarus sound like a good deal of fun, especially the remakes like Paper Mario... unless that's like a whole new Paper Mario, then it's even better. Metal Gear Solid 3 especially looks gorgeous, on par and possibly better-looking than the PS2 game, loved seeing signs of The Pain.
I could go on about Epic Mickey but that's basically my most anticipated game in general and I wouldn't shut up for hours. But yeah, anybody else feel like Nintendo is a shining star once more?

Still, I am a little pissed that I may have to shell out hundreds of dollars to get the games I really want. Then don't buy the goddamn games! XD It's not like Nintendo is forcing you to buy them, and it's not like they're coming out at the same time. Alternatively, you could get this magical thing called a job. They're fantastic! For a varying amount of effort, you get these green paper slips that you can exchange for the video games you so desire. Oh yeah, so with a DKC game coming back, DK Vine might actually shut the fuck up for a change. That, or they're bitching about how EVERYTHING IS WRONG ;___; Probably the latter, now that I think about it.

I already have a job. It takes me to a magical dimension called a department store. I know Nintendo is not forcing me to buy them but they are forcing me to WANT to buy them. I have never seen so many amazing Nintendo games (that I am actually interested in) announced at once in a long time. And you are probably right, DK Vine might still whine about DKCR because it doesn't have Kremlings and no other playable Kongs like Dixie Kong (from what I see so far...) That reminds me of how Sonic fanboys still whined after they got Sonic 4.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that DK Vine is some site made by whiney DKC fans for whiney DKC fans, ala Sonic fags
Anyway, I'm getting a job this summer just to get money for these games and more. I'm going to need about 300 dollars just for the 3DS and Kid Icarus. I'm also considering SF64 3DS and MGS3, since I've never played MGS3 and never owned SF64. Then comes, in order of priority:
- Pokémon Black - LoZ: Skyward Sword - DKC Returns - SMG2 - Kirby's Epic Yarn
As for Metroid: Other M, I already have the money to buy it, so no worries there. That list will be the list of games I shall be obtaining after working. And as for the other 3DS games, like Paper Mario, Mario Kart 3DS and Super Street Fighter 4... I'd still have to see if I still have money by then/more videos about them.

So far we've yet to see anything wrong. Retro pretty much replicated the formula perfectly.

Guys, please let that go. Anyway, depending on when these are released, I may have to wait for their price to drop, should they sell well when they're out.
