Also since it's been bugging me for a long time I have to ask, anybody know where the whole white flag, rifle dropping coward thing came from? I mean sure France is land of painters and crossaint chewing dweebs, but I can't see any connection between that and their hugeass army being fleeing pussies. Is it because the US of A saved their asses in WW2 or the whole torture thing of the Battle of Algiers? I HAVE TO KNOW Mostly World War 2. But also because it's TRUUUE. |

But anyone who has studied WWII knows they made the right decision. Germany was less than a day's march away, so they had little time to prepare for the invasion, and stood to lose more if they fought. And they continued to fight via resistance anyways. |

I just love how Fry and Tei just wasted two pages for an unprovoked attack on another forum I go to over something it doesn't even take seriously anymore.  Actually the Bear Coins replaced the Banana Coins. Bonus Coins are what replaced the Kremcoins, and like their predecessors are used to unlock the Lost World. |

So, on the topic of the new game, has it ever be confirmed whether the music is returning from the entire Donkey Kong Country series, or just the first game? I know they wanted the same feel in music, and that much of the music consists of remixes, but will there be stuff from Donkey Kong Country 2 and 3 in this game as well? Because the second game really did have much of the best music in the series...

Because the second game really did have much of the best music in the series... I can't say whether songs from the whole series will appear in DKCR, but I was a big fan of the first two soundtracks. In fact, I loved them so much, that I bought the soundtrack for DKC3 without having played the game. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by it. I didn't think the composition was as good as either of the first two games, and the sequencing sounded like something from a Genesis or TurboGrafx game rather the SNES's sound chip. Perhaps this also contributed to my never having bought or played DKC3. I never heard David Wise's alternate soundtrack for the GBA version, but I can understand why one was made. |

Say wha-? First of all have you ever heard of Conan O'Brien? Dave Letterman? Well they were incredible hosts. Jimmy took over and well... He's awful!
