Hey! I like the idea of a Smash Dojo Channel for Wii U. ;D But what happens after the games come out? What would be the purpose of the channel after that? I was thinking that maybe this could be where you play tournaments like with the Mario Kart Channel?

High scores and funny screenshots. A Wii U Channel would be perfect for that! ;D
And so Sakurai can update everybody on where he's eating and showing pictures of his cat. After all, that's what he uses Twitter for!

What about the 3DS? 3D previews of future games are already a reality. They could periodically show that on a 3DS channel each time a screenshot/video update is made on the main Dojo Hmm... Come to think about it, the trophies would work best on the 3DS. They'll obviously be AR-enabled and stuff.

So, I was thinking of what SSB4 would be called... you know like how SSB2 is Melee and SSB3 is Brawl. What if they decide to break the trend of naming the games after synonyms of the word, "fight"? What if the Wii U version is called Super Smash World while the 3DS version is called Super Smash Land?

Here are the chances of the playable characters from the past three SSB titles:
Mario: HIGH. Just about everyone knows why.
Donkey Kong: HIGH. Still iconic like Mario, but doesn't get as many new games in his series released as much as Mario does.
Link: HIGH. See the ones above. Like DK, there are fewer Zelda titles being released than the Mario ones.
Samus Aran: HIGH /MEDIUM-HIGH. There are fewer new Metroid titles being released than even DK's, but many know why she is still important to return.
Yoshi: HIGH / MEDIUM-HIGH. No new Yoshi titles released nor even announced since the GBA and DS ones, but his appearances in recent Mario titles, as well as other memorable things he did still make him important enough to return.
Kirby: HIGH. SSB creator Masahiro Sakurai's creation, some new Kirby titles recently announced and released, and plenty of other reasons why he will most likely return.
Fox McCloud: HIGH-MEDIUM HIGH. Star Fox 64 3DS title was unveiled and will be released soon.
Pikachu: HIGH. The mascot of the Pokemon franchise. His franchise is still selling like hotcakes, while the anime is still running and mainly using him as Satoshi's / Ash's main Pokemon, and new titles are already in development, like probably Pokemon Grey.
Jigglypuff: MEDIUM. The only things that would increase his/her chance at returning are being one of the original four hidden characters, fairly original moveset, still appearing in recent Pokemon titles (but harder to find), and plenty of popularity to SSB fans.
Captain Falcon: MEDIUM-HIGH. No new F-ZERO titles released nor even announced. The only things that can increase his chance at returning are his popularity in the SSB series, his "Falcon Punch" meme (not quite), reruns of the F-ZERO anime (probably, but especially in Japan), and Sakurai enjoying him.
Luigi: HIGH. He has many diehard fans, he was the first clone in SSB history, and he has an upcoming sequel to Luigi's Mansion.
Ness: MEDIUM-LOW. MOTHER/EarthBound creator Shigesato Itoi said there would be no fourth title in the series nor perhaps even a remake of either the first or second titles, unless if someone very special came one day and took Itoi's place in its development. Many thought he had a slim chance at appearing in SSBB, but now it's slimmer for him in appearing in SSB4. The only things that increase Ness' chance at returning are being the hardest of the first four hidden characters to unlock, unique moveset, and perhaps plenty of fans.
Princess Peach: HIGH. No need to mention any reasons why she'll return.
Bowser: HIGH. See Peach.
Princess Zelda: HIGH. See Peach, Bowser and Link.
Shiek: HIGH. Thanks to Ocarina of Time 3D.
Ice Climbers: MEDIUM-HIGH. Representing the early NES era might not be enough, but being a hammer-wielding tag-team might also make them return.
Dr. Mario: MEDIUM-LOW. Not-so unique, while Dr. Mario Online Rx and Express are kind of aging. Not even the GB Dr. Mario probably being ported to the 3DS Virtual Console would increase his returning chance.
Pichu: LOW. Absent from SSBB, due to only promoting the Pichu Bros. that was and still outdated even today. He was also one of the least-liked SSBM characters.
Young Link: MEDIUM-LOW. Ocarina of Time 3D slightly increases his chance, but he was replaced by Toon Link in SSBB. If Majora's Mask earns its own 3D remake being under development or released by SSB4's release without any new Toon Link Zelda titles coming out, he probably will return.
Falco Lombardi: MEDIUM-HIGH. See Fox.
Ganondorf: HIGH. See all Zelda characters and Bowser mentioned above.
Mewtwo: MEDIUM-LOW. His major role and unique moveset are his merits, but his now-outdated appearance (1st Gen., despite 1st Gen. Pkmn Trainer) and removel from SSBB decreases his returning chance, even more than Jigglypuff's.
Marth: HIGH. Unique and Mystery of the Emblem DS came out.
Roy: LOW. Clone of Marth, too early to remake his major appearances, but he might earn a new Fire Emblem title that takes place after The Binded Blade.
Mr. Game & Watch: MEDIUM-HIGH. The G&W series is still being used in DSiWare and Club Nintendo, and was added to the Nintendo 3DS Sound app as a visualization.
Meta Knight: HIGH. See Kirby.
Pit: HIGH. See Kid Icarus: Uprising.
Zero Suit Samus: MEDIUM-HIGH. She'll probably be permanently stuck with her Varia Suit counterpart.
Wario: HIGH. The 3DS and Wii U might even earn a new WarioWare title.
Diddy Kong: HIGH. This character is so important, he is the Luigi of the Donkey Kong universe. Not only because he is Donkey Kong's side kick, but Diddy Kong was the protagonist of DKC2 and DKL2, and has his own racing games with his name labeled on them. His recent appearance in DKC Returns and his unique move set both kind of help prevent Nintendo from removing him from the roster.
Solid Snake: MEDIUM / MEDIUM-LOW. A new Metal Gear will be released for the 3DS, but Nintendo's promotion of adding 3rd-Party characters might not get renewed.
Ike: MEDIUM-HIGH. His newest appearance (Radiant Dawn) is kind of new, but if another new Fire Emblem comes out other than Mystery of the Emblem DS, its protagonist might take Ike's place.
Lucas: MEDIUM / MEDIUM-LOW. See Ness; however Lucas is newer.
Toon Link: MEDIUM. Spirit Tracks is becoming slightly old, while Ocarina of Time 3D is now released while Majora's Mask 3D might be underdevelopment and planned for release around SSB4's unknown release date. Well, only time will tell.
Sonic: MEDIUM / MEDIUM-LOW. There is an upcoming Mario & Sonic at the London Olympics title, but see Solid Snake.
Lucario: MEDIUM-LOW. Due to the 5th Gen. currently being used, I assume that a 5th Gen. Legendary Pokemon would take its place.
Wolf O' Donnell: MEDIUM / MEDIUM-HIGH. I assume that Sakurai is making the roster kind of similar to the roster of the PS1 title, Tatsunoko Fight. Usually, each universe has the (or one) protagonist (e.g. Fox McCloud), one major supporting character (except some like the Mario and Pokemon) (e.g. Falcon Lombardi) and the (or one) major antagonist (e.g. Wolf O' Donnel). Currently, there is Star Fox 64 3D coming soon, so that will keep Wolf's chance at appearing in SSB4 up. For his move set, however, Sakurai might modify him to make him more unique.
Pikmin & Olimar: HIGH. Move set is quite unique, while Pikmin 3 is underdevelopment for the Wii U, according to Shigeru Miyamoto.
Pokemon Trainer: MEDIUM-HIGH. His move set is quite unique, but his look is based specifically on the FireRed / LeafGreen version, an updated version of the 1st. Gen. version, while it is based on Pokemon creator Satoshi Tajiri when he was young.
R.O.B.: MEDIUM-HIGH. See Ice Climbers.

What do guys think of a Dragon Quest character appearing in Smash? Nintendo has been supporting the heck out of the franchise in the west Eg DQ IX, Joker 1/2, Fortune Street, the upcoming DQ X and more. "Super Smash Bros. IV Turbo Hyper Fighting Championship Edition Revival Alpha MAX Double Upper: 3rd Strike HD" . . . But what about the 3DS version?

I would be ok with it as long as there aren't too many 3rd party characters. Perhaps Sonic and Snake can be replaced with different characters.
