So, I actually kinda believe this leak now. The end of the Palutena trailer made me think Dark Pit was going to be in anyway, and the Shulk victory screen that was posted with these other ones looked pretty real.

I'm going to be very very sad if the final game doesn't have a 3rd DK character of some sort. Also, this, this, and this would all seem to debunk the leak. |

I'm still not for the leak. Some counterarguments don't seem to hold for me, though. I'm going to be very very sad if the final game doesn't have a 3rd DK character of some sort. Also, this, this, and this would all seem to debunk the leak. Regarding the first image: - The bottom of Bowser's protrait is not being covered, but that could be a difference between multiplayer VS and 1P VS. You don't search for other players in 1P VS, freeing up more space for the character image. - "Smash" at the top of the screen is from Smash Run. At the end of each Smash Run match, the title of the final competition is shown like that. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BDsmjbifWUk#t=4m23s 4:23) - The E3 version is also far earlier than the alledged review copy, so discrepancies may exist. - The character selection screen arrangement is still the silliest thing ever, though. But if Melee's "incredibly fake" real leak said anything... I'm still not really for the leak, but at this point, I'd be mentally prepared for this lineup, and perhaps more so, this poor excuse of a presentation. Putting clones away is a weird thing to do; but then again, Smash has been known for its chaotic presentation. Brawl isolating Wolf in its various lists was just as weird. Assuming the rumor is legit, and it is the ESRB video, it would have to be the full roster If this leak is real and "ESRB" shows up in the images, they've probably selected this game for further inspection. In that case, it's not a video provided by the publisher, but is rather played by some ESRB grader. |

I'm not defending it because I support it. I'm defending it so that if it's true, I'll get less disappointed and can tellmyself I saw it coming. It'd be a relief for me to know the leak isn't true, because it really is poorly presented. But since whoever made this (if it's fake) paid more attention to details than any other leak I've seen before, and given Smash's poor track record of their own presentation of menus and whatnot, I'm wary. |

I don't mind Duck Hunt Dog but if Kid Icarus gets three characters while DK is still stuck with two, I'm going to be pissed.

...is a hodge-podge. That image makes no sense. We don't know anything about the final product so all this anlalyzation on icons and portraits is silliness. So far this image actually INCREASED my belief in this shitty roster. |

I've been reading threads about this on other forums, and so far most of the attempts to debunk this leak have reeked so much of desperation that they've only convinced me MORE that it's real.
At this point I'm pretty much 100%. Those Bowser Jr. videos look real enough to me. And he looks pretty fun to play as, too.
