I'm just so pissed off that Dark Pit got in. Dr. Mario too, even if he does get the Mario Tornado (whoo.), they're nothing more than alternate costumes. That's bottom of the barrel clone material.

This is the only letdown for the roster for me too. They went with Melee's laziest clone and evil nintendo swap #74. Brawl had more interesting characters that were cut to pick from. Maybe it's because they're the same height 'n all so making them alt costums makes so much more sense.

But Sakurai already stated with Lucina that every small change means a character gets his own slot and I guess Dr.Mario throwing fireballs wouldn't cut it for him And in the end it's not like they replaced two original characters. Roster's pretty much 45+ characters with or without two lazy clones and the different playstyles would be pretty fun to try out in the end.

This confirms those five at the top, and deconfirms Lucas, Snake, Ice Climbers, Wolf and Chorus Men.

Man, both batches are pretty damn hype, I'd be okay with either. In fact, I'm probably more okay with Ridley 'n co, the more newcomers the better. However the first leak on 4chan mentioned Snake etc., while I saw another post talk about all ten. That and the polar bear and rhythm heaven ghost popping up in adventure mode... I'm going ahead and guess he means the Mewtwo DLC was fake.

Hope it's the latter for Manspeed's sake though (kinda cranky about no new DK rep too here)

Well, I'm not a fan of seeing Lucas or the Ice Climbers gone. On the other hand, I'd have hoped for a better Rhythm Heaven character... Still, between the two, I'd have preferred the one with Brawl combatants. I like the newcomers, but I still can't believe that many Brawl fighters are gone. That's worse than Brawl removing 5 Melee combatants (granted, they're clones...). Well, both options are better than having no one else and it's only those 50.

Also, Ganondorf is STILL a Falcon clone!? Apparently, he wasn't being lucky to be in Melee; that was actually a curse.

Oh found a video. Bowser Jr's clown car is hella cute. Not the moveset I expected, but miles better then the half Bowser clone I always imagined pre-Brawl. Supposedly the other Koopalings are his alt colours? Wonder if that's true, seeing as the car isn't all that big in the first place. Hitboxes 'n all.

Now that I read more about it, apparently both the Snake and Ridley DLC 'leak' were by the same guy. He lied about Snake for the hell of it? Fuck him, I'll keep the Ninka post in the back of my head while awaiting whatever Smash DLC will appear.

Now if you don't mind I'm going to sit in the corner and sulk about my Ice Climbers.

I'll at least admit that Bowser Jr. is the least bothersome part of this leak. He's at least unique, and the Koopalings as alts are a nice treat.

I guess K. Rool being a boss is better than not being in the game at all.

So is this confirmed to be the full final roster? Not liking the look of having the clones on there and the character layout looks weird. (Unless it's customizable by the player).

The Bowser Jr, footage is funny, his fighting style seems like something that could have worked for Jill/Drill Dozer.

The trophy description are nice as well, I like the style of writing they used.

No one said for sure that this roster is final or not. From what I heard (from GameFAQs), while leakers don't agree on who else will be there, almost all of them say there will be 5 more characters (filling up the 9*6 rectangle nicely).

I like how Bowser Jr. turned out. It's not my ideal image of him, but it looks fun to play as.

I'm so glad that the 3DS isn't hackable. If 3DS games can be pirated, emulated and played freely like Wii did, Nintendo would be at a rather horrible loss.
