And no, Polarium (known as Chokkan Hitofude in Japan) was released by Nintendo worldwide. You're thinking of Meteos, released by Bandai in Japan, and Nintendo in the US. You can't proove that was what I was thinking .... but it was. The Australian launch was somewhere inbetween. We got SM64 and WWT (not sure about Polarium, but I know we didn't get Pokemon Dash), and a bunch of 3rd Party Titles. And we have Yoshi's Touch and Go now .. I think (saw a box for it when looking in E3, but it could have been a mock-up. Didn't have time to check).

Right now only SM64DS gets my attention for the DS, and it's a port of a game.
E3 needs to be one helluva show this year. ;D

We still don't have Yoshi But as soon as it's here... SNAP! I'll bite it with my crocodile jaws... oh wait. Australia seems to have moste releases before Europe these days. It's been happening with handhelds for a few years at least, but now GCN games seem to come out here earlier, too. Is Mario Power Tennis out there yet, as I seem to remember seeing a June/July european release date. Which would make it 4/5 months after Australia if true.

Mario Power Tennis was released in Europe on February 25th, I believe... It makes sense that games get released in Australia before Europe, because games often have to translated into other languages before they get a Europe release.

Indeed... but GBA games have been coming out in Europe much early than the US on a very frequent basis in the last year, and DS looks to continue that trend.
I still have no idea why we have DK: King of Swing while America and Japan don't. It's awesome, by the way. Not as awesome as Jungle Beat, and it kills your fingers when played on an SP... but awesome.
Mario Power Tennis is indeed well and truly out here... Mario Golf was a very late arrival though.

Mario Golf took forever here, too. And MPT was supposed to come out around that date, but came out about 3 weeks early with no mention of it whatsoever. I stumbled accross it in Toys R Us, which we had just gone into because I was bored. Thank god I did.
And Australian games generally have the exact same languages as Europe, and they are both PAL, too. So I don't know why there is that much of a difference. In fact, I personally think Australia should just convert the US games but keep those languages / other features in htere so they release here even quicker. But thats just me.

Well, Another Code has been confirmed for a European release now, so maybe it will be at E3 with an English translation. Could be interesting Judging by Nintendo Europe's latest drive to give us everything Japan has on handheld consoles, I wouldn't be surprised if we started getting weird Japanese titles as well. Electroplankton! Whooo! But I don't see the logic behind not renaming Yoshi's Universal Gravitation. Bit odd...

There are rumours that a new GBA will rear its head - by that, the rumour refers not to a new GB in the line, but simply a new upgrade.
In other words, just like the SP upgraded the regular GBA, there is a ROMOUR that there may be a new one that will utilise the backlit screen of the NDS.
However, it is simply a rumour, and not very likely, considering the NDS already plays GBA games.
But, who knows?

Nah, announcing the new Game Boy will draw away the attention of Revolution so NOOOOOOO~~~~!!!
And for SSB3, just like Kirby games, what will happen after Sakurai left? I hope he will join the development team. I don't really think a Kirby game w/o Sakurai is really good. Just look at Kirby 3 and Kirby 64...
(Note: though he is no longer a HAL staff, there is a chance that he may come and take part in the development, using the identity as an individual person (i.e. not representing HAL Labs))
Anyway, as one of the biggest fans of SSB, I will support it~ wait, does SSB3 exist? I mean, after Sakurai left HAL Labs, the idea of SSB games may be unable to expand.

Errr... Sakurai isn't the only person who worked on those games and understands them, you know... he may have had the ideas, but there's no reason why others can't take those ideas and adapt them. It's been done with Zelda and Metroid... and if you're telling me Kirby is more complex than either of those then I'll give you a right good kick in the nuts.
SSBM probably is as finely tuned as Zelda and Metroid, but nonetheless... kick in the nuts time!
;D
