Have you read this thread from Starmen? It basically re-confirms Lucas and throws Pokey's presence in too. What... what's WRONG with you? I've been avoiding M3 spoilers for so long! And the thread you linked to goes out of its way to not mention any spoilers either (unless you click on the spoiler link), and then YOU go ahead and mention the spoiler anyways! I had my suspicions that Pokey was in the game anyways, but that doesn't mean I wanted to know it for sure before I even got to play the game! Aaaaagh you monster. : [ EDIT: Seriously, would it have killed you to put up a spoiler warning? ANYTHING? Ugh!

How long were you planning on avoiding those spoilers? Game's been out for ages and there's no sign of an official Western release.
Anyway - it is wrong to put faith in this guy, but until proven wrong, he has provided a framework of feasible limits to speculate to. We were mostly doing okay without that framework, but it's interesting to see how we have worked with it and debated about it, even though we all readily admit it could be total codswallop.

Agreed on all fronts...and "codswallop" is an awesome word. ;D

Here's something funny about our celebrity, and this could be proof he's a fake.
I searched Google for our Mr. PuroresuGrande and noticed another identity he went by. Jokerman21.
I then searched google for this Jokerman21 and guess who came up? Mr. PuroresuGrande.
Try it. It appears he has an alter ego of sorts...or it could be someone completely different...but they both sign up on the same sites, and both are in each others contact lists. No one else is in the contact lists but these two.

Or he just has two different screen names? I don't see how this makes him less credible. EDIT: After you found that, I decided to do some looking myself and found this. Seems like this guy just likes making very feasible and realistic, but still false, predictions for EVERYTHING. Kind of a shame, I would have been perfectly content if the roster specifications he gave were truth.

A screenname with the word "Joker" in it does not mean everything he says is false. "Old Man Rupee" is not actually a senior citizen. "Fryguy64" is not a chef in any way. "Dances In Underwear"... well, I don't really want to know the truth there However, it looks like he's lying anyways. I edited my post above before I saw your reply.

Or he will say "See, and you all doubted me."

But, you see, he got it from a free magazine that does not even exist. At all. I wasn't convinced by him in the first place, but this just blatantly proves it. Or maybe you just really want to believe this guy? Prima exists, they make game guides. They aren't as good as Nintendo Power, but I've got a dozen books from Prima including some that date back to the Super Nintendo. If Prima has its info wrong, then the predictor would have HIS info wrong also. Makes me think that he actually DOES know about it because he might know someone at Prima.

Oh hey, looks like my "discovery" was made a page ago. Whoops!
By the way, I did a search for "Prima G4MERS magazine". The only results were:
a) in Spanish b) the thread on GamingRing.
I don't think the magazine even exists. I think it's safe to say the information is made up by now. Sucks : [

What if I said, "Lucas confirmed and Ness' appareance"? Ness isn't a main character in M3, he doesn't ever appear, but you could've thought that was a spoiler anyway. My post wasn't M3 related at all. People who have played M2 knows about Pokey. Maybe I'm not explaining myself correctly, but I mentioned Pokey appearing in Brawl, nothing related with the games. Like Ganondorf confirmed in Brawl, who could (COULD) be OOT Ganondorf, or Sheik. The fact is, I didn't mean to spoil anything for anyone. Sorry.
