Yay! Awesome ROB cameo! Also, hooray, a video that will download at a snail's pace because thousands of people are watching it at once...  So do you think this is the backstory for why Stages in Smash Bros exist the way they do? That they're actually sections of Mario's, Link's etc's worlds that are isolated and "captured" by Subspace Bombs for the purpose of staging trophy battles? Man, this all is gettin DEEP. |

That's cool! R.O.B. is a generic enemy robot working for the Ancient Minister! Fryguy64 must have died with a Joker smile when he saw this.
That's one down and two to go, huh? *wonders if Sukapon is a generic fighting robot working for the Ancient Minister*
I think someone mentioned that maybe the stages in Brawl are actually locations the Subspace Army stole with the bombs, I agree with them it just makes sense.
But then would that mean the characters in Brawl are actual characters from their own worlds but got turned into trophies and forced to fight or die?

Whoa! Looks like Rob's idea for various Nintendo villains becoming non-playable bosses will come true after all. And Petey looks amazing, I can't wait.
One other thing this more or less confirms: this FMV is Kirby's opening for Subspace Emissary instead of Mario's. Good to see Sakurai being at least a little selfish with the spotlight every now and then!

Or it confirms that there's just one story which you play through as all the characters alternately. I really hope that's not the case, though.

This is a nifty Tuesday update! Wasn't expecting ROB and Petey Piranha cameos in a single day! ;D
And more of the story is revealed. Although I suspect it won't all come together until the game's triumphant release date.
